Vs Nosebleed which is more of a relief when you finish it. Even though I like nosebleed as well. I’m happy that they gave us some challenges that are actually challenging to complete.

1. I'm not rationalizing anything, and your snark is unnecessary. we've repeatedly shared information on update cadences, known issues, etc.
   multiple hotfixes (client updates) and back-end fixes have been pushed, but not when the team is on a holiday break.
2. "radio silence" only exists if you don't pay attention to the Weekly Grind and #skate-status channels when we have info on trending bugs and issues that are being tracked, investigated, triaged (or provided a workaround).

again, the studio, comms team, community team - we're actually on break.
and we stated in the last actually Weekly Grind (not the community content-focused one) that when we get back, we'll have updated Known Issues in The Weekly Grind

in a game like skate., it could be very difficult to prevent cheaters, folks dual-boxing to “compete against themselves”, etc.

@dull pilot I’d think that it wouldn’t be players posting the matches for ranked. They would be comps posted on the map that start at specific times 2-3 times per day.

You’d also have to have it be everyone’s setting get set to the same for that match.

Though I think they should allow players to set up their own unranked matches much like throwdowns are now.

totally. I have made some friends on discord and via xbox looking for gamers feature...and also just by random encounters in the game. Even once or twice with the beacons in the game. But they hardly work. It's just so hard to make your intentions clear on any given moment. Or ask people in your friends list "are you doing challenges? invite me!". But right now

• skate shows friends as online even if I can see on xbox live that they're playing a totally different game,
• I can't communicate with people I meet, even when I can see they're about to start a challenge I'd like to join
• Beacons hardly work and don't communicate anything and are just not visible enough

If only I could add a status message or something saying "I'm doing challenges, join me if you want.". It just doesnt work to just join random parties and shout "coop challenge?" into the void.

Also, remember when voice chat was new and people were actualy using that? Those where a lovely 2 days.

I think they're afraid of a modding nightmare tho...Of course there are ways around that, like only let people type custom messages in a party or something like that. Voice chat is also not modded so...

random idea, but maybe a visual indicator for what way your board is so you know which imputs you need to do for specific tricks. apparently my board being "backwards" (it's a completely symmetrical piece of wood) changes what my R2 + Square trick is
