The benches for flowtopia are another I feel had some issues. Where you couldn’t lock into them well. I was bouncing off them all weird

i added a grind pipe with no legs to the ledge. you dont have to grind the ledge itself, just get close enough on the pipe.

In all honesty, for me, Skate 1 clears all of the games. The only negatives is the lack of getting off board, and the game setting you goofy at the start of challenges.

The new ones having a few more tricks, and better animations is the only thing "better" imo.

yeah, I was super into skating as a kid/teen at times and project 8 was the closest we got to a "flick it" to do a trick... and in that game it was slow motion

the system is really hard to beat - idk, I couldn't get into the controls of session. In the tutorial it pretty much tells you to throw what you know out and I got stuck on a wall for 20 mins

but it's not as good as something like Virtual Skate
even for an early access title, it blew me away far more than Session ever did

genuinely? without matchmaking, you need to rely on discord to get the co-op tasks done. i think that's the biggest problem. i also think that the daily rotation challenge rip chips need to be re-buffed or else city box progression is extremely slow going. also, there isn't enough to spend rip chips on atm. a recurring thing, maybe exchange them for a small amount of tix or something would help

the incremental improvement is extremely slow and also not satisfying because you don't feel like you make any progress

it is literally, categorically, documentarily, a bad challenge

So game servers operate more as like, clusters. The 'cluster' that your game instance is in is probably just a lil on the old side and taking up additional resources while not having optimal performance, so it disconnects everyone in that cluster in order to get them into better performing ones. That's my understanding, but I could be completely wrong about that.

Pro Tip: it still saves up to 3 minutes. So if you have it set to 1 minute and change it to 3 minutes in settings you can see the additional 2 minutes.
