on PC, you can. it should be in the settings. (including upping the resolution,etc.)

for console, it's the format of the system.
what I do on PS5 is create my clip in Replay Editor, with my keyframes, then open up the console Share option, record, then play the replay (without the UI). records in 4K.
only issue is it can't be shared to PS App, so I use a USB to transfer to PC (or my phone) or you can share to YT directly.

it's really just a kick in the teeth for people who ARE loyal players who DO log in daily.

personally, I log in daily, I do grind my dailies. I've spent money on founders deluxe, skate.pass season 2, the Adidas set plus 1 or 2 tix sets, I've spent my money on a free game to support it and be able to access content that I wanted.

having a bug like this that locks you out of being able to play the game feels like a kick in the stomach and I'm already on the floor lol.
the game being timegated means I'm missing out on daily rewards.

finishing your daily rewards is like 400 tix total, by the time this is patched that'll be nearly a week's worth of content I've missed, + the missions in game I haven't completed yet that's nearly 3.5k tix im missing out on.

regarding the skate.pass I'm gonna be so far back on progression and I won't be able to catch up by the time season 3 comes around

My biggest gripe with this entire game is having to invite random players to maximize exp gain. The players I get are little kids, people that are clueless, afk players, or people that decline to do challenges outright. Now I only invite max level players and it takes forever to get a co op partner to hit the dailies

My second biggest gripe is the climbing. This game would benefit from an awesome parkour system. However it's not awesome. It's trash, it looks ugly. It's not intuitive. It's boring, and my God is it tedious and forced. The last mission climbing m Corp tower or whatever felt like an insult 🤣

I just want the social aspects to be more flushed out and less forced. Make it so we want to make friends on this game. Not force us to with the missions and challenges, and the climbing can definitely be improved. Other than those 2 things and the gross monetization practices and lack of free expression I think the game is great. We need way better cosmetics and freedom of expression though. Roll up my sleeves or place my stickers wherever I want on my board

I guess with the current mode of progression, this way of socialising is the only way, with bonus points, this would be fixed with more coop or pvp game modes. I have seen so many people actually asking for skaters to do OTL which is good and kinda answers your concerns

And about monetization, we cant do nothing about it and we have to accept that, this is the way its going to be and just hope they give us better cosmetic

There needs to be a way to make it more streamline. My idea would be to have a "find party" button on the challenges. And it can send out session wide invites for that challenge. That way people who haven't done it can hop right in with you, almost like gta, it could even show whether or not you've completed it so you know you should join or not

As for proximity chat. Well that would fix all the problems amd be amazing but it would cause a lot of problems too 🤣 wishful thinking imo but the party chat implementation and own the lot challenges are fantastic additions

what i liked about it was playing a skate game again but at a decent framerate, on pc, in populated servers, and funny glitches as always

but proximity chat and server selection / hopping would be really cool. that way u can get like 20+ people in the same lobby for hosting events and filming some wild stuff without needing to squad up
