-# For what it's worth, I do not ollie the rail transfer, and it works probably 95% of the time for me. I rail transfer from outside to inside by tilting my movement stick as I go through the highlighted section of the rail. For me, safely dismounting the rail at high speed is the only challenging part of Nosebleed. But it can definitely be tricky for me and take a few tries.)

5-0 the left side all the way through, pop off the grind towards the higher bearing and turn around, but do not lock into a grind. Slow down with you brake button and pop a tailslide in the now left side of the grind and press the brake button to exit the grind clean. rest is easy.

So in the curved rail the tilt often turns your grind into feebles and the like instead of what they would be on a straight rail, but if you rock the board and hold nosegrinds and 5-0's, you should eventually get credit before you turn around at the end. Also ime I don't always get the credit until I dismount the grind for the turnaround

the checkmark indicates if the Skate map has them or not

• Natural Flow and Elevation ❌ (The Skate map is EXCESSIVELY flat and has no natural flow between any locations. And by elevation, I mean slopes, hills, etc. Having to climb skyscrapers to get to spots does not consitute "elevation")
• Density of Spots ✅ (This is something Skate does well, there is a great mix between open areas for freedom of traversal, balanced areas that have plenty of spots and plenty of space, and dense areas that have a ton of individual obstacles to hit)
• Distinct Districts and Area Identities ❌ (Hedgemont, Gullcrest, and Market Mile all feel functionally identical. Only Brickswich has a meaningfully different aesthetic, and it's only by a little)

For me, there are sweet spots where exiting cleanly is easier (even when game keeps resetting me to 100 grind assist, which I'm using in that video out of laziness because I cannot be bothered to keep resetting my grind assist all season, crash after crash). I try to start peeling off around that 2nd green support beam. I also gradually increase my tilt until I feel it start to work, and hold until immediately after I can tell it's worked. But the timing is tight and I 100% bail trying it sometimes. It can easily take me 15 minutes to hit again even though I'm not exactly bad at it compared to a lot of people I've seen hitting it.

Also, if you release the tilt too early, you'll 100% bail or just slingshot to the right and fly off the stadium, so it's important to stay committed to breaking off at that speed.

Tailslide the last ledge, and then just drop in EZ when you do it that way. Also helps if you center and slow down a bit on the way down.

I hear you but I think when you do it at full speed it is intended to be very challenging and require precise timing... It's actually why I like it. I do agree the rail transfer credit feels a little off. I think it should be easier to get that credit. But the exit is just sort of fundamentally hard at breakneck speed and that feels right on some level.

(I can pretty reliably break off but breaking off without slamming into the building by overdoing it is a different story. Finding the sweet spot where you don't slingshot or eat building is the hard part for me.)

What are most people doing on the game now- I feel like the gameplay is just limited to vibe skating and that’s it- challenges feel like they’re for no reason, progress isn’t incentivised and nobody has a valid reason for why the team is ignoring the core issues we have with the game. This update got 3 mega ramps and a tunnel? That’s it? I feel like the purpose of this playtesting and early access for them to build off feedback but they dont even acknowledge the main pain points from the community. The only good thing about skate are the gameplay mechanics- which are honestly brilliant, but having it inside a package that’s so tone deaf to what the community has been waiting over a decade for is just so disappointing.

They need to bring back skate, death races and add a section that we can just skate for ages like the sewer in skate 3- that’s the bare minimum to keep it from dying out

restarted the game.
loaded in fine with the resolution it should be at.

yeah, just confirmed it worked after rebooting it.

(the reason you rename it is because your saved videos/screenshots are stored there, if you export from the game. i use Shadowplay to capture, so i would personally delete it. but, the other option is, if it borks when recreating the folder, you can always delete the new one and rename the old one back, as a backup)
