My Remix site won't load from a Meta Ad | Remix | Page 1

I have an Ad running on Fb/Instagram and when you click the Ad it redirects to my website which is a Remix/Hydrogen Shopify site.

But for some reason, when I click the ad, nothing happens. No redirects, no loading, it's as if I didn't click it at all.

I suspect it's something with my website because I tried on multiple devices/platforms and the problem persists. Additionally this has happened in the past when the Ad redirected to a product page but Chrome would give an error called "too many redirects" at least.

I'm willing to compensate $$ anyone who can help/edcuate me and figure this out, if that's appropriate to offer in this discord. I can add more details if needed. Thanks! Our website is www.yourguidingx.shop

Going direct to your site from instagram seems to work, do you have access to server logs? Try clicking the link in the ad and see how the server responds to it, if any errors appear or if there's a redirect

Hard to debug remotely until meta starts showing me your ad

also make sure you've tested on more than one network, especially if it's a work network that could have security policies or VPN/adblock built in

Thanks for checking in, I turned the ad off and on again and it seems to working. I still think there might be a bug in my site though. I didn't know about server logs that was helpful!
