• 100 gems from login events from gacha outfits (in my experience)
• chests are: 10% gold, 30% blue, 60% green (so not exactly 1 blue per day). on average 30 gems a day * 26 days a month + 20*12 gems (the legendary start event). month = 28 days: 26 regular + 2 legendary start days.
• dueling club rewards from ranking to 7700 points each season are 335 gems
• 90 gems a month from daily login (you can check it in dormitory)
• 150 gems from the trading trials at borgin & burkes (+ more from this season's events)
• 20 gems per each chapter of the season story (min. 100 counting chapter 1 of S18)
• some birthdays: voldemort dec 31, snape 9 jan, luna 13 feb, newt 24 feb, ron 1 march (if gacha is midfeb, it'll go on until end of month-beginning of march)
  disclaimer: i didn't check your math, i did mine in a different way for things like CA, duelinggems and HVA gems, so it's difficult for me to check from there

• 42 chests (6 extra chests per day for 7 days) --> 210
  plus, of course, 888 gems from the event itself, which are separate.

It’s important not to count some of those activities twice if they decide to apply the birthday, or you will overestimate the amount of gems. In fact, Val already added daily gems from chest to her calculation, so the last number in my list should be halved, reducing the total by 210, Cause those 42 chests are already accounted for, so you should only add the regular amount as the rewards are doubled

I’ve been checking other people’s posts with chest gem calculations, and QQ infinity’s data (posted in this discord) is consistent with mine. There’s also a guy on reddit who published his own calculations, but he made some mistakes elsewhere and so I think that data is less reliable. I would be cautious on relying too much on chest gems from lucky users to estimate the birthday revenue, and would suggest using either a minimum value or an average value (QQ and I used the average)
