The reason epics look hard to upgrade is that there's around 18 commons and 33 epics. So you might finish maxing nearly all commons without being close to finishing epics

they are real stingy on common trading tokens though. I had to stop using them at all on my main so I can build up enough for the next really great common

You get far less resources for levelling up epics too, box drops are rare. You hardly get trade tokens and wild cards, and very few gachas have epic levelling crystals

we havent found out what happens if you arent attacked or if both opponents attack you while avis is active

ideally you're saving avis for a big attack

and will only activate it before it lands

otherwise you're just playing it wrong

In my understanding, avis will attack eventually, unless all the birds died by blocking incoming attacks

When you play the card, the birds will circle you until they are ready to attack. In that time, if you get attacked, they will block it.
