Tbh I saw the murtlap nerf coming. I've been abusing cedric murtlap deck. Have you seen 1MP murtlap? You are unkillable. What i didnt see is SBS nerf. This is not a simply nerf. It's a death sentence. Previous nerfs were only stats changes but 3MP increase in cost is huge.

This isn't correct. If you're the only one in the circle, it takes the full 18 secs to charge all three and you'll lose one if you step out for even a moment

The duration is reduced only when other units (your partner or a TT, for example) are also in the circle

I think the diabolica pattern will remain the same, they've just reduced how long it takes to get full charge. So whether that's a nerf or buff is dependent on what you prefer for it: being able to get the charges at 14 vs 18 seconds since you also get dmg reduction while the circle is active. Perhaps it's both a nerf and a buff, just in different ways since there's multiple mechanisms at play. Personally, I would consider it a buff. Faster dmg > dmg reduction
