I'm guessing NE would save a lot of money if they eventually get the global servers to match the CN/TW servers, so there's only one version of the game. They can keep CN/TW separate, but only have one game version to deal with. That seems to make sense to me.

We're gradually getting the cards, so it's moving closer to being able to ultimately just have one version.
So, having one vote for all the servers makes sense to me.
I understand the negatives, but i think it makes sense for the company

But I think lots of people complained that they were getting hit too hard with too many wheels and not enough ways to get keys other than paying for them. So instead of giving us more keys they just cut how many wheels we get

8 limited keys will obviously get you very little especially since they expire. But back when these keys didn’t expire, F2P players were at least able to horde their keys until they had enough for future wheels. Lots of players did that when the game first released and didn’t spend them until maybe the 2nd-4th season. That’s why the most common outfits were from around that time frame.
