I had a weird experience with the duelling bug. I had the problem, and it disappeared a few hours later when the server-day reset. I’m not sure, but I think I did my first purchase from the NGP topup website, and used VPN to set my location on the topup site as Singapore for that (because it didn’t work for North America back then).

It could be coincidence, but I wondered if that’s what got me past the duelling bug. I haven’t had a problem since, except when I team up with someone who has the bug. Then we sit and wait forever.
