I saw a video about how "eo" is used a lot in Korean, so I was wondering if there was other key sounds or words that is so commonly used you can kind of communicate with it?

its just a sound that you make

#

its basically exactly like english "oh" but probably a bit more flexible
if you just understood something you might go "ohhh"
if you are shocked suddenly, you might go "oh!"
if you are dissapointed "ohh..."
if you are sad you might go "oh."
its the same concept, its just different intonations and tones and lengths etc etc
the video is just saying that you can do the same/similar thing in korean
