Guys is 자 the imperative particle or something like that? Because i’ve seen it in phrases like “let’s do it” or “let’s go”

yeah it’s the colloquial or informal exhortative particle. the slight difference with imperative is that you basically do the action with the person you’re talking to
with the exhortative mode : 가자 - let’s go
with the imperative mode there’s no 자 so it would be : 가 - you go
