을/를 shows the object of the sentence or what the action is being done to

저는 커피를 마셨어요
은/는 shows the subject or who is doing the action

new question: why use 저는 instead of 나는? they technically mean the same thing but would the difference be the gender? 저는 = woman & 나는 = male?

There is a marker for plural
It’s -들
So like 아기들 would be babies
But a lot of the time it’s not really super necessary and it can be omitted at times if it’s implied
