Any plans for Skrolk?
Of all the factions, which would you say you had the best time developing for Immortal empires?

Are you planning to introduce new races with dlcs in the future or rather expand on already existing ones?
Any updates coming regarding to some DLC lords? Malus, Nakai etc? Compared to the other DLC lords they are lacking, I've heard that some other DLC lords got a nice needed update but haven't heard anything about these two
Hey Mitch, hey yuey, is there any chance that now with the introduction of the Fly toggle button, that we will see an Overhaul of the Coatl Animations? As they were already VERY hard to differentiate between flying, and being on ground in WH2, but now when it is actually a lot more important to be able to tell what state a flyer is in i feel like he really needs the Overhaul more than ever. Also his ground animations look very... silly... :x other than that great work and hope both of you have a wonderful day!
Are there any plans to touch up minor settlement battles and sieges in Immortal Empires?
What about ogre interactions with caravans in the future ? Right now it feels like it ain't even worth to wage war on Cathay.
I saw a reddit post a few days ago and it had a good idea, it was about various undercities, and if we could get a section in the region tab for undercities and how much money they are make you, as currently you need to select each province in order to Find them, are there any plans to make them easier to find? Hello Mitch! I wanted to ask, is this new four legendary lord lord pack format a new format going forward? I'd love to see packs like this for specific races to get lots of their remaining characters and units in!
Could you tell us anything about any of the new regions coming to the Immortal Empires Map i.e. the new sections in Cathay and the Southern Chaos Wastes. Any cool new landmarks or environments?
Do you think news unique mechanics for older vanilla/base games lords (such as Grimgor, Malekith, Tyrion, Louen, Thorgrim, Queek etc...) will be possible in the future ? They are pretty vanilla and it's not necessary bad but they feel a bit less attractive than most recent DLC lords.
What is the process for trying to bring unpopular LLs in the lore to life. Do Games Workshop give you free reign or do you have to go through them to get those approved? any examples of this if applicable
Are there any plans to update Clan Eshin espionage mechanic? For example from lore point Eshin use Cult of the Yellow Fang - human agents who undercover work for Skaven.
So I saw that Archaons animations are being updated, are there plans on updating other Legendary Lord animations to meet the standard of newer titles, i.e Vlad, Sigvald?
Khuresh is empty at the moment any plans to move some lords or new factions into it
Nagash as a final threat in Immortal Empires? I think there was an Undead threat in the final game, Nagash will be perfect for the final boss
You probably can't say which endgame events (like chaos invasion) will be in immortal empires, but can you give us a number? Or at least say if we get more than three (archaon chaos invasion/undead/greenskins)?

Will you change the location of some quests? It is just really inconvenient to go to Lustria as Ikit Claw or as Nakai and all the other lizardmen LL outside of Lustria who want to get Lord Kroak
Would it be possible to make Legendary Heroes starter units customizable ? Like you have a set amount of gold and you can choose any combination of units that belong to that factions roster as long as it does not exceed the gold amount
Will Tzar Boris always be present on the immortal empires map or will he only spawn when his faction is selected by the player alike on the realms of chaos map?
Are there updates planned for magic-heavy lords (e.g. Teclis, Manfred) in light of the magic system rework?

Any plans to add Egrimm Van Horstmann as a legendary lord and if you do have you considered making him like an Anti-Imrik in that he is hunting down the dragons to corrupt them to chaos?

Is there any chance you can make it optional have t1 and 2 minor settlements as open battles instead? Frankly it is a better design, so many siege battles now it just gets too much.
Any chance of any streltsi on horse dlcs giving their cavalry some of the hybrid feel that at the moment only infantry has, so their Cavalry gets some of the hybrid feel that kislev infantry has and is so fun
Any plans to make owned LLs from previous games playable on the Realm of Chaos map? (Like Karl, Snikch, Throt, Ungrim etc)

Expanding on the concept of saved lords from campaign to campaign, could you consider it for customised units too, to recruit as special RoRs in future campaigns?

Has the team at the very least noted the interest in Nippon, Khuresh and Ind. Has the team noted the benefits of having a necro Skaven character (Dark Seer) like Huskk Gnawbone? Ikit isn't as 'cool' as Queek by definition, you have just added cooler mechanics, why not take advantage of the many Skaven RoR troops that Queek could use? Does the see a place for Stormfiends?
Mitch: As with everything we release, we'll be watching to see what you all think. If this setup is something you really enjoy then we can consider doing more for sure. I know everyone who worked on it really enjoyed making this style of the pack so the team would definitely like to do more like it. We'll have to wait and see.
Why does Zhao Ming not start in Shang Yang but in Qiang for IE?

Will the vampire counts have any changes on IE release?
Any talks on the runtime performance for the campaign map? It's a slight worry for me for Immortal Empires especially with the current less than desired performance in RoC
Mitch: One little interesting area of the map is something a few people have already spotted, and that is that the Great Desert of Araby looks a little different as a province, and that's because it is a little different! I won't spoil anything, and it's nothing too major anyway, but we've tried to make the region feel a bit unique. Something we'd like to do to more places on the map. Landmarks and unique settlement chains help us do this across the map too, so that when you arrive at a new location it's not just another settlement, but it has a bit of flavour and character too.
When the DLC team wants to bring a unit to life which may not have had a model or rules on tabletop, such as the Coatl for the Lizardmen or Eltharion's Mistwalker units, what's that process like?
Like, how far do you let your own imagination (about unit appearance, abilities, performance, etc.) go when there's little source material to draw from?
when the immortal empires does eventually come out will the map be expanded as we go through the years at all? would be very interested to see what happens with that
Will Orion ever get an animation to blow the Horn of the Hunt like Imrik and his Dragon Horn?

Mitch: Definitely not impossible. This is the age-old question for us, particularly being the DLC team, whereby we have to decide how much of our time is spent adding new content, and how much we can spend on stuff we've already made. It's a tricky balancing act, having factions that are easier/harder is fine, having factions that have more/less mechanics, or more complex or less complex mechanics is also fine. What we really want to try and stay away from is having a faction be the defacto faction of that race and nobody wants to pick anyone else for fear of missing out, we've fallen into that trap before with Ikit being an example, he's just cooler and better than Queek. That's good in a way because it means we've gotten better as a team and have made the new stuff better or fuller, but of course, isn't as great if you're a Queek fan. Ultimately the answer is the same as it will always be, we want to update the old content, we just have to find the right time.

Mitch: On our radar for sure. We made a few improvements to this in WARHAMMER III with the settlement dropdown list, but we're well aware there is still a ways to go before it's on par with other settlement usability features. So yes, on our radar, hopefully, we can keep making improvements, we'll really get a chance to improve this next time we use the foreign slot system for a feature, but no immediate plans.
Has the team looked at possibly implementing coalitions and/or combination of different races on the map as end-game scenarios? It could possibly spice up the game a bit and add more flavor to the late-game snowballing.
Are the eastern colonies traversable or are they not traversable like Ind and Khuresh?
Other than warhammer 3 factions norsca are the only faction still at 2 legendary lords, is there any plan to expand them in some way and add to their faction?
Are there any changes coming to Vlad that will make him more competetive in multiplayer and the late-game in single player? In multiplayer in Warhammer 2 you literally never saw him get picked by a competetive player. And in single player in the late-game he gets outclassed by the bloodline lords on zombie dragons interms of impact on the battlefield. Being a foot lord, his lack of mobility really hurts him in a faction where mobility for your lord is crucial.
Is the blood pack going to include more effects (burning, charring, skaven weapons melting people, or other more exotic VFX) than what we've seen in past versions, or will it be the same?

The auto assign skill points was better than nothing but it's unusable if there are certain skills you want.
A skill queue would have been much better and it was one of the most popular WH2 mods.
Auto building settlements doesn't do anything at the moment it is bugged.
Hi! Since now the books of Nagash have been expanded to no tomb kings characters (volkmar and manfred), is there a chance for the verses of the ancient sea shanty of the vampire coast to be expanded to sea dedicated lords (lokhir, alberic and wufric) as well?
Hi Mitch, any thoughts about the current implementation of the Vampire Count bloodlines with the hindsight glasses on and about revisiting them in the future? Did the team ever consider disabling the generic vampire lords in favour of the bloodline ones?
In terms of metres squared. How does IE compare to vortex and realms of chaos?
Is there any chance the IE map will get updated in the future to be a true globe rather than a rectangle? Or maybe another map option that is a true globe?
Do you envision the dlc team returning to the trilogy years after its ‘complete’ for expansion/large dlc (similar to how Rome 2 got a dlc expansion years later?)

Rework of Gortek & Felix?
Mitch: Immortal Empires was never going to be about major reworks, those take up half a lord pack usually, so it just wasn't feasible for this project. It's the Lords who need the biggest changes (these two being fair examples) that are the hardest to fit into a project because naturally, their changes will take the most time and effort. So where there is a will there is definitely a way, and oh boy we realllly do want to take a look at Nakai and others IN FULL, we just have to find the right time when that makes sense. We'll make tweaks along the way, as we already have done, but for lords like this, we really want to make sure if and when we give them their day in the sun, we get it right once and for all.
With the inclusion of the Southern Chaos Wastes, any chance of Beastfiend units or Legendary Lords?
In imortal empires do you still need to unlock boris and or belakor? and if u need to unlock them do you need to do that in ime or in the realm of chaos campaign?

any chance of the dark elf watchtowers being added as a fortress gate/bastion type thing for dark elves?On the wh2 map there are hints of it all along the northern border but with the huge expansion of the chaos wastes and addition of demons etc they really need them to be more than flavour hints
Mitch: It's absolutely noted that this went down really well when we did this for WARHAMMER II, you all really enjoyed playing certain old lords in Vortex. So nothing coming as of Immortal Empire's release, but I don't doubt something we'll explore in the future.
Will minor settlement battles be reduced by way of say, garrison buildings to unlock it over normal land battles or whatever method you all have thought of. Don’t hate the battle type it’s just that land battles should be more common.
Any plans to introduce the Dogs of War as a possible DLC faction?
Mitch: This has been a really long project for everyone, especially the guys who've been in the trenches doing the grunt work. I'm just excited for it to finally be out and to see what everyone thinks. Immortal Empire's is a particullary fitting project for me to end on because it's essentially the combinated of what I've worked on for my entire working life, all into one place for everyone to play. A special moment for sure to see that promise of a combined map with everything in it finally come to fruition after all these years.
What's the Idea behind belakor Shadow? Being able to corrupt enemy lord is awesome, congrats to the dev team, but why other Chaos LL can't do that aswell? This feature fit so much with the "Trial by fire" trailer
Is there any plans to fix the performance, VFX, antialiasing and overheating? Total War Troy and 3 Kingdoms were pretty smooth and we were told that one of the top priorities of Warhammer 3 was optimization something that we are still to see
Are there any plans for distant future Norsca update to make Wulfric more of a Duel Seeker type of character with unique bonuses for defeating different named characters?
Do you ever consider to add at least one unique unit for every legendary lord? For example, Wyvern for Azhag.
Do you think making like megacaracter dlc exemple: nagash would be a 1 man faction but he can confederate all undead faction and have all units.

Mitch: Of course, there is plenty of content still to get through in WARHAMMER III. I don't need to spoil anything or give anything away for you all to know what's still out there. There are obviously going to be things you expect, I'm most excited for the things you definitely don't.
Mitch: I've seen a few people are a bit worried about the Tomb Kings and the new enemies in and around Khemri in particular, but we are making sure Settra is the big bad of the desert and he doesn't just get steamrolled - there's a lot that goes into this from many members of the team to ensure the world plays out roughly how we expect. Of course, it's going to be a Beta, so let us know all your feedback good and bad, balancing is absolutely one of those things that are going to be ongoing from here on out.
Will future DLCs factions and races feature a more varied array of difficulties where both easy and hard lords are playable? I think (but maybe I'm wrong idk) that, with the increasing number of numerical buffs to many aspects of the campaign, like the ones introduced in the beastmen rework, some newer factions really struggle to offer a challenge against players who want it, even when they volountarily ignore those same buffs and even when they play in the hardest difficulties. Is there some chance to select "hard" lords (like Wulfhart) together with "easier" ones (like taurox) in the same race in ways that no kind of player can be penalized?
Will weapon swapping come for units like Black Orcs and other units in the future at some point? This was a cool feature in Troy and it's something that made Black Orcs unique on tabletop.
Can't wait for Cathay DLC, how do you feel about creating a second big human Empire?
are you still planning to fix decade old bugs like the Gatebug and are you still going to focus on optimization in the future years?

Presuming the game remains well-played and financially successful, how far past your current roadmap do you see IE/WH3 supported? The example in my mind would be akin to the Paradox games, which are still receiving dlc six to nearly ten years after their release.
Any plans on going back and giving the Vampire Coast's mechanics a bit of a tune up. Coves would be more interesting if the player/ai were able to interact with them.
will there be undivided demons, for example succubus , devil , pit ?
We know there are changes to WH1/2 races coming, like goblin big bosses having wolf chariots or NG fanatics having changes to their cooldown on spinning loons. Can we expect a list of changes to every race or was it a select few that needed help?
Has there been any changes to your campaign map tools that would allow you to expand the physical size of the campaign map, or will we see mostly just regions being filled in like in ME?
How has it been just designing the characters? I can tell a lot of work it put into them. And even with coming up with the mechanics.
Any plans for general hero talent tree reworks? A ton of factions have heroes whos trees fill up entirely before 40, especially with the new level cap and free mounts it would be nice to be able to spend all the points.
Mitch: Off the top of my head I think it's 75% bigger than Realms of Choas, and 92% bigger than Mortal Empires. So it's hugeee. These stats aren't perfect as not every tile is walkable on any map, but it's not far off and gives you a rough idea. This map is an absolute unit.
Will older legendary lords have voice lines regarding the new factions and regions? While I understand it can be hard to get all the old VAs back, it would be great for connectivity between the games.
Mitch: Impossible to pick anything other than Tomb Kings really, they're definitely my DLC baby, to be honest, my first project where I really got to design not just a lord pack which we'd done a lot of before but a full brand new race and to get to decide how they'd play and fit into the game was a really special experience. Then to have it released and for it to be as successful as it was both critically and commercially was a big pat on the back for me and so it'll always hold a special place as my fondest project to have worked on.
Mitch: Lots of ideas at the moment floating around for this. Naturally, the introduction of minor settlements reduced the open field land battle count to beyond where we're happy (and I think players feel the same). So we're exploring different solutions to this at the moment and should have something in one of our coming patches (no exact date or patch decided yet).
Hi @spiral iris, about the empty spaces of the Immortal Empires map, ofc you can't tell if Kuresh, Ind etc will come as you might not even know, but can you tell if you plan to at least make these areas playable at some point even if Kuresh & co never make it? It would be awesome to have these areas playable with new provinces.
Please, do you know fans love goblins with sword and shield and night battles for vampires in promos? Can we have them in game? Would be more quality of life for these races
Will the hero versions of Vlad and Isabella have defeat traits?
For content involving Chaos, how do you guys decide which demon/mortal Legendary Lords will get added in the future since there are so many named chaos characters?
Will be another improvement of autoresolve? It is still not as comforting as WH2 and in WH3 you can be tired of the game quickly because you need to fight every battle manually on harder difficulties.
Mitch: This one has been asked a lot so I'll just say here that I cover this question specifically in the Q&A video coming soon.
Why was Belegar move so close from his ME start ? Is his new start the province capital ?
Mitch: This is a really cool question, I don't want to take away from everyone on the team who've been the ones actually making these changes so I'll hijack your question to explain how our process has worked with these because everyone did an amazing job I think. Naturally to start with everyone already had a location, so the question we asked ourselves was where could we add variety to the start positions of a race and which parts of the world needed some additions. We broke down the world into distinct chunks we called theatres, and then we decided who were the main factions in each theatre, and if we needed more variety we pulled from other theatres with an overabundance and then of course on top of all of that there were some no brainer moves too, Tretch was always moving to Crookback Mountain, that didn't need much thought. So overall we went through every part of the map and tried to design a unique experience for different parts of the world, and along the way, many moves were made! Looking forward to everyone's feedback on these in the Beta as well, as they are one of the biggest areas of change in Immortal Empires.

Can we please get rid of captals who only go to tier 3. Playing kieslev in main campaign it was total bore.
Also how are dwarfs suppise to deal with 2 capture points on defending with 25 spd?
Are there any plans to revisit Oxyotl's campaign mechanics in Immortal Empires? His campaign of basically playing XCOM Total War is insanely unique and has such huge potential, but seems to be hampered by a few issues. I'd love to see some tweaks like changes to penalties for ignoring missions and a difficulty rebalance for the missions
Are there any plans to include changing your capital province?
Mitch: You've all seen in the past we are quite partial to extending the map, developing new areas, and reworking old ones. We did a lot of this for WARHAMMER II, and there issss some space left on the Immortal Empires map in places...
Mitch: Over time this will come, there is a huge amount of skill trees in the games, like an absolutely insane amount, so have we reworked everyone for Immortal Empires, definitely not, but this is something that will be worked on in patches and future updates going forward to bring what is essentially over half a decade of content up to speed. We've done some work in quite a few skill trees for sure, and tackled some particularly bad ones, but the volume of content just means it's going to be one to fix over time.
Hey there ! What's your current stance on WH2 "Final" battles ? Will the battle of Tor Yvresse be playable to some extent in IE ? As a quest battle or something ?
It won't happen on release, but will you make the River Ruin and River Amaxon navigable to Black Arks and armies in the future? They're supposed to be as massive as the Reik
Will the AI finally be able to attack enemy ports with these black arches?
Mitch: We don't have any plans to revisit the Coatl animations right now, we are looking at ways to fix some of its issues, however, such as it falling from walls. More on that in the future.
Mitch: This is a good reminder to call out something really cool. One of our designers managed to spot some duplicated data in our pack files, and so once your game updates with Immortal Empires the overall build size should actually shrink by about 10GB!
I was wondering whether you will work on introducing more "interesting" skills to regular heroes, something like the last dwarf updates with thanes providing army buffs and engineers doing so as well?
What is your take on expansion of southern chaos wastes further into south and eventual addition of similar to sea lanes mechanic which would allow us to teleport from southern chaos wastes to northern and vice versa? Something to simulate chaos polar gates? I think it would be an awesome addition which would help (not only) our pigeon boy to be present on both parts of the map more easily
Mitch: This is definitely valid feedback. We have people on the team who are now in part dedicated to auto-resolve work going forward, so I would say bare with us while we get to grips with this, AR is one of the most complex areas of the game by far to get "right", and it also suffers from being a part of the game where an increase in content is not a linearly increasing complexity curve. Imagine trying to ensure the AR is working for every possible variation of units for all races against all others... we're talking probably trillions of permutations, so to have there not be issues here is impossible, but we're trying to tackle this topic constantly and it's ever improving.
Mitch: So we have lost the ability to gain Isabella's defeat trait, as when Sylvania is AI controller Vlad becomes the leader, which leaves Isabella as the legendary hero. This is actually a surprisingly hot topic here at CA. 😛 Some designers really don't like her trait, others do, so you as the players can let us know on this as we're likely to be swayed one way or the other based on feedback I think.
Why did you want to add leadership to the Ogre veteran unit redline in 1.3 when you removed it from everyone else the same patch?
Anything planned for wood elves? New DLC or FLC or Full Athel Loren?
Now that most of the Warhammer World has been modeled, what is your favorite continent/region to have brought to life?
Sort of a 2-in-1 question, but I'd consider it as 1 question: How long are you planning on supporting the game? Alternatively, how far ahead have you already planned content-wise?
Any chance that Da Krimson Killaz will get a movement speed buff so that they're faster than regular black orcs, ya know, cuz da red ones go fasta?
Would it be possible to update waaagh reinforcements to arrive at the same time as the main army, as the former is mainly chaff and should be up front
loving the outpost mechanic on WH3, one of my favourite things actually, i have notied that when u got garrison building more than likely the outpost troops just wont make it to top 20 defenders, would there be posibility to represent that by giving outpost capitals increase in defenders, say 20 (if you have) + what you get from outpost

Mitch: Our philosophy has always been to make sure we provide a variety of experiences for different players who want different things, some of our campaigns are hard, some are easy, and of course, you have the difficulty settings as well. What we want to get away from is where we trivialize things too much, Taurox definitely falls into this category at the moment, I think that campaign lacks a bit of challenge for sure and we've gone too far, so expect both him (and Skarbrand to name another) to be brought a bit more in line for Immortal Empires and as time goes on. I will say on this topic however that a large portion of our player base are people who really enjoy the power fantasy that Total War provides, and we're aware of that, sometimes it's just fun to wreck your opponents after a hard day at work, right? BUT what I think we need to aim for is to make sure this doesn't come too early in the campaign primarily, and that you need to go out to achieve that power, not just have it handed to you.
Any chance trade routes can be made visible and raided for extra money from raiding those spots on the campaign map, your enemies trade routes that is, seeing as trade has been made easier somewhat in WH3 and not needing a direct ocean route?
A few factions such as the Vampire Counts have quite a substantial amount of characters left. Can we expect to get at least one Legendary Lord for each Bloodline at some point and is the new DLC format a step into that direction?
Will there be any flc legendary lords (besides belakor) this year?
Will the voice acting of units be updated so units of older factions can refer to newer factions like Dwarf units having dialogue/banter when fighting Elves and Skaven for example? could they be updated with a theoretical lord pack given there's quite alot going on for Immortal Empires?
Will Karl Franz get something to represent the "Greatest Statesmen of the Old World" the army books seem to call him? As the game seemed to miss that part of him
Mitch: I think a lot of people don't do enough zooming in on the campaign map, our artists put a lot of effort into really tiny details on the map, and if you zoom in to particular areas you see lots of little things you might never have noticed. All of our quest battles have bespoke art made for the area they take place in on the world that relates to the battle map or the story of the quest, so those are always cool to see. I think my favourite area of the map has always been Athel Loren, going into that god damned place is always horrible, and I love that it feels and looks like a mini-Vietnam with tight tree corridors, the gameplay, and the artwork together on that.
I think the sword of khaine mechanic is kind of special as it does not only offer something for the corresponding factions but also for everyone else, as it can be stolen and used by other legendary lords aswell. Looking back, I wonder what are your thoughts on the sok-mechanic in the game and any chance to see similiar things added in game three?
Can we expect more content for Game 1 races in the future? Maybe a DLC or two for Bretonnia and the Empire?
Are there game mechanics you want to alter but haven't found a fun way for the player to interact with them? If so can you give us exemple?
Can we get a hint wich races will get a new lord from the upcoming DLC? :)
Mitch: Maybe, I definitely don't see why not. At one point we were considering making Greenskins go faster through the red sea lane. We didn't, but it does make sense.
Mitch: They are definitely traversable, I think they just look a bit odd on the map because they are islands. There are 3 regions in the Colonies, all held by High Elves. There's also a sea lane nearby for access to the Cathay coast.
Are there any plans to rework major settlement battles before the launch of IE? The current 2 point system makes defending them much harder than minor settlement battles which only require 1 point to defend.
How will team consider big named characters someone like Thanquol and Nagash ? Will they get solo big dlc or will they be treated as rest -- that means with Lord Pack ?
Is there a chance that in the future we will have some of the old faction getting unique music? at the moment Bretonnia, Dwarfs, Empire and Wood Elves are the only races that don't get their unique thematic score.
How are turn times compared to RoC or ME?
We were told that it wasn't possible to actually increase the size of the map in WH2. Is it possible now to increase the size of the RoC map dimensions, for example?
Did y'all see someone sent Kremlo back to space on an actual satellite? Any plans to revisit Skeggi in the near future?
Mitch: This is a really interesting question. We call these global features, and not only do we really like making them, but our assessment is also that these types of features are received really well and are a really good bang for the buck. I guess the question actually is why haven't we done more? And to be honest, I'm not sure, I think in part because the ideas for these features are generally harder to come by, its harder to make a system that works for every race, especially given the difference between races and their mechanics, than it is to make something bespoke for one race like most of our feature are. We're also usually developing something new with the idea that its part of a DLC, so naturally, we use it for whatever that new content is. I think we'd like to do more things like this, I think players want it, we just have to find the right ideas and get them into content packs that make sense.
Beyond the upcoming WoC re-work, who do you think is probably the most in immediate need of a tuning pass - and yes Tomb Kings is the answer I'm looking for 😉 
Mitch: Obviously I can't go and announce future DLC plans in a Discord Q&A. But what I will say is that when we went back and did DLC for older races in WARHAMMER II we definitely took note of how much you enjoyed us doing that, and also enjoyed us mixing up DLC's for different races of different games in the same pack. It was all noted! Other than that you'll have to wait and see what our future plans are!

Ok, so long story here that I'll try to keep short. When we made Repanse, we needed a name for her mount. The main designer working on Repanse at that time was our designer Allan Suleman. Allan is great, I love Allan, so I said "Let's name her mount after you Allan, we'll call the mount Suleman." Ultimately we did as you probably know from it being ingame, anyway, a while later Allan's partner orders him a gift for his birthday, what's the gift? A plushie of Repanse, with, of course, her mount Suleman.
Are the rivers of Cathay sailable? This would really improve lokhir's gameplay.
Any plans to let us move the capital of the realm to a new location for fluff stuff?

Love your work and huge fan of the dlc just two questions:
1.Do you consider another rework of the sieges? Like no real time building of towers, no magical ladders, hot oil for the gates and more unique towers like flame thrower towers for the Dawi.
- I know that most formations could be hard to implement. But loose formation for disciplined units seems like thing that could be done right? It would have so many uses!
With the amount of new places to go and the absurd amount of legendary lords, will you guys take another look at the climate mechanic or are you pleased with how it is now? I've been worrying that taking the entire map, which already takes long, will be hindered a whole lot more because of the amount of settlements that won't be inhabitable to your faction.
I know confederation mechanic liked by many, but still, some of us hate it.
Is there a way, that it could be more of as an option? Like with bretonnia half of your techtree is about confederation. Empire is also about confederation and obviously norsca greenskins too.
I do use "no confederation" mod, but its not optimal because of techtrees and some missions.
Have you any plan to put a Land Line in the top North West of Naggaroth to connect with top North East of Cathay? 🙂

Blood Pack DLC. 🩸 Many folks gone crazy with it. Many won't understand why the Blood is always seperated. Before Total War: Warhammer 1 released I had red a question about this topic on CAs facebook. It was about why you seperate and the answer was just like "If we release it in the base game at the same time the age restriction would be higher.". In my opinion you should communicate it once more in a better way than just an answer of a question under one of your topics. (Nvm if I'm totally wrong but I am pretty sure this happened!)

Do you consider what units or characters modders have already implemented when deciding what to include in DLC? For instance, to me it seems like as time has gone on, there’s going to be more named characters who could be interesting LL but not enough units left in their rosters to justify a lord pack for their race, so modders will release a bunch of Legendary Lords for various races, leading to the obvious conflict of CA wanting to pick an FLC or DLC lord who is typically going to have been already implemented. What I’m essentially asking is if there’s any considerations for what mods have already done
Will Vlad and Isabella’s subfaction have an enhanced levy system? I was thinking of something similar to Arkham the black’s Vampire Count unit building. I believe one of the earlier editions of Warhammer fantasy had a roster for the Sylvanian levies
Will the snakemen of Khuresh (Hinterlands of Khuresh faction) be added at some point into total war warhammer 3 as a dlc playable faction? There is already a fan project going on in where they have created and drawn highly detailed concept art of all the various units for the Hinterlands of Khuresh faction, and so I am curious if it will be looked at or possibly even implemented into the game at some point?

Will the Rogue Idol every get the unit attribute of Construct in the future so it crumbles instead of routs? Also, what type of modding tools are coming with the total war assembly kit that modders don't have now?
Will multiplayer immortal empires (if the host has all three games) allow for players that dot own all three to choose base game lords from all games?
Will the Total War Warhammer franchise eventually get naval battles?
Will the books of Nagash behave more like the sword of Khaine in game 3 where they can be taken from you? Manfred would probably want to take the books from Volkmar in multiplayer campaigns if two players play as those factions.

Taking away the regen is a pretty big deal. I would be fine if the trait would return on someone equally powerful like a Nagash.
I have a question. About the 4 Legendary Lords DLC model. If it is going to be successful, are we going to get more of those? And if those are going to be also race-packs, then will it be two LLs from one race vs two from another? That would work great for the Dwarfs since they still have a lot of stuff from both tabletop and other Warhammer media.

Each bloodline of vampire should have at least two LL and different animations and each bloodline should have a LP with 4 or 5 new units with worthy mechanics and animations/graphics. Also night battles be a thing. I also want swarms of spirits/spirit hosts, release a golden era for vampires soon please. Any plan to do this?
For the Far East, are you working with GW to create lore for factions (that previously had little lore) that you plan to add as they are worked on?

What are the team's thoughts on pre-campaign Crusader Kings 3 style Game Rules toggles to adjust certain faction attributes for a more sandbox-y game than Total War already is at the moment? (i.e. buff Tretch, nerf Grimgor, randomized lord start locations, no alliances allowed FFA, make x faction more/less aggressive, increase corruption spread speed, etc)
Not an exhaustive list of course but just some rapid fire thoughts.
I imagine it would function similarly to the Skaven Laboratory in WH2 and would include some of those same unit modifiers. The sky is the limit with what values are toggleable and what values shouldn't be changed for game stability and engine limitations. That might be a neat thread to explore for more custom campaigns and for campaign replayability.

Does being FLC affect Bretonnia's ability/chances of getting a full DLC? I would really love an official comment on this specific topic.

Hey Mitch. I for one really love Isabella’s regen trait and would miss it if it were gone. Could maybe the two traits become merged and given to both, so no matter who is leading at that moment you still get the effects. Something akin to a “undying devotion” feel, cementing their love in the players mind. It would also echo the lore that they refuse to live without one another. Also I’d love to get some more diplomatic lines for her as her voice actress is perfection.
Any cool new mechanics for Kholek Suneater that you can share, and also any changes to his skill tree or faction that makes him a little stronger?
Will there be a rework of Victory conditions to be more sensible? Like not having to go Capital hunting would be a welcome change. Or maybe for a raider faction having a large amount of treasury, wiping out certain factions would be great.
When will Cathay Confederations be fixed?
Currently it's near impossible to confed the other Legendary Lord in any Campaign without significant cheesing of the game with money.
The -130 relations at the beginning is ridiculous, -100 would be far more fitting and help a lot.
I just want to jump in and say that having only level 3+ settlements become minor settlement battles seems like an easy way to fix this, it would make a bit more sense too as the settlements on the battle maps are fairly well developed

Could you please make it so that the AI doesn't always have Vlad as the LL and Isabella as the LH? I always loved Isabella as LL and am saddened to see I won't be ever seeing her as such again unless I play her myself 😦 There are several options: 1) The AI gets both Vlad and Isabella as LL's, or 2) the AI starts randomly with Vlad or Isabella as LL and the other as the hero, or 3) we get a game setting (option before starting a campaign) with which we can choose who leads their faction as LL when controlled by AI. The third option should please everyone who prefers one or the other as LL.

Was Araby put off the table in WH2 because of lack of resources, lack of time, or because they were needing a lore rework due to being too offensive similar to the (many degrees more horrible) Pygmies of the 80s? Perhaps a combination of all 3 factors.
Of course I do want to see them one day in WH3, but I understand they had to be done properly or not done at all. I'm curious as to the reasoning you had back in WH2, given their central position on the Vortex/ME map.
