I have a question regarding the Cloth Simulation in Game and their capes.
Since Archaeon got a new model, did he also received one of the awesome physics simulated capes? And if so will the other LLs and Heros follow? Because there is a HUUUUGE difference between the cool new ones and the very very stiff old ones and i am a bit scared that we will have a handful of new ones and then everyone else is stuck with their old stuff which could be a huge gap in quality
With people like Grombrindal, Skarsnik & Ghorst being moved - Do any of them get Cool New Landmarks?
Will Volkmar still be able to access elector count units, if so, how?
How did you feel when they named a horse in game after you?
Can Festus recruit Plagueridden hero and Cultist of Nurgle in campaign?
So knowing that Archaon has recieved updates to his animations, do you have plans to update any of the other old lords for example Vlad and Sigvald?
Can we expect for mod community the ability to easily use custom sounds and not just move in-game ones?

Are you planning to change Empire mechanics? (Prestige, Electors, Authority etc.)
In previous Total War we had an interesting type of unit: a mounted archer with a lance (cataphracts or nomads). Unfortunately, in Warhammer this type of warrior is split into two separate units (e.g. ellyrian archers and ellyrian reavers). Would you consider bringing it back in future DLC? They would fit great in Kislev or Elves roster
When can we expect to see naval battles?
This is a tech question but, since performance is an obvious concern for many, can we expect any implementation of FSR as seen on the Linux build?
Do you plan to add additional spells or abilities that were omitted from the Table top lores of magic or in universe lore into the game as army and lord/hero abilities? Such as Nurgle not receiving Plague wind (vortex spell) or Blades of Putrefaction (Buff Spell)
Would you consider giving Clan Pestilens a mechanic to create plagues similar to Nurgle's?
Will there be something new for the Tomb Kings in the far future?

While designing dlc,what is your favorite part of the process?
Any plan to enable AI controlled reinforcement for defensive battle? Currently it only works for offensive battle. There is no "AI control reinforce" toggle while defending
Are there plans for more Chaos DLC to add Big monsters like slaughterbrute ?
Is it more difficult to come up with brand new DLC, or to do the large faction reworks?
I see you worked on the Imrik FLC; which I personally regard highly. Once thing that bugs me though is Imrik's unique dragons never got unique visuals, They are the only RoR's in the entire game that look identical to their base units. Could anyone take a look at them; maybe give them a small visual overhaul?
Hello Mr. Allan Suleman, can you tell if this is planned in the future to flesh out more certain cultures (I'm thinking about the empire especially, with things like knightly orders, different cults, different countries in the form of elector counties) ? I'm a big fan of the Empire so I would be glad that the game displays this level of detail about the warhammer universe.
Will the Southern realms (tiles, estalia and border princes) receive units to differentiate them from the empire at some point in the future?
in a single player campaign, are the AI factions able to take the books of Nagash? or is only the player able to interact with them?
Why weren't Troglagobs (sea-goblins) added in the Greenskins overhaul? They were in a White Dwarf unit roster, with special rules and lore
Hey, Can you say something about the Audio in WH3 - End turn sound and Units chants (when units are winning in combat or route an enemy they have a small % to start chanting) And some units are missing taunts ? I noticed it was missing form WH3 at launch. Will chants be back after the patch ?
Since you’ve made the Champions of Chaos DLC be hybrids of Warriors of Chaos and the Monogods, are you keeping the door open to doing something similar for Norsca one day or is that door closed?
Any chance of making the rivers Amaxon in Lustria and the river Ruin in the Darklands navigable to Black Arks / ships in the future?
Allan: Yeah they do, both Grombrindal and Ghorst have new Landmark buildings in their starting locations.

Hello Allan, thanks for taking the time out of your day for a little Q&A. Perhaps this falls out of the scope of your particular job but I really wanted to ask about it anyway, and maybe you can give some insight.
The RoC campaign map for Warhammer 3 has had some performance issues for a lot of people, including myself. I don't believe this can be entirely chalked up to hardware requirements as noticeable FPS drops and GPU heating seem to be localized in certain very specific areas.
A particular example i'd like to bring up (which you can maybe pass on to the team) is that when looking at the piddly smoke trail coming from the Fire Mouth volcano in the mountains of Mourn my GPU spins up like a jet engine.
My broad question at large is; is the team aware and/or actively working on optimizing performance on the campaign map by tweaking rendering techniques or looking at certain graphical artifacts. And how big of a concern is this when going into the IE map?

Allan: Yes he will. He will have a new system of progression and the more those dark artifacts he manages to seal away, not only does he get benefits from that he will also gain access to elector count units.
Will we get at some point some bonuses for units we recruit from allied factions? I really love the outpost feature.

Is there any chance for you to go back and give Ogres another look? Some of their main mechanics, like Contracts and Big Names feel very boring and unimpactful. Even the new WoC Boons of Chaos mechanic feels like an objectively better Big Names mechanic. The same can be said for Greasus. Both in terms of visuals (specifically his size, rather than just the cart) and in terms of mechanics (especially his combat prowess and Skill Tree) he feels so lacking for who is supposed to be the biggest, strongest, richest Ogre…

Hello! From what we've seen, the reworked Aspiring Champions seems to still be a worse unit than Chosen, but Chosen can be upgraded to Aspiring Champions. Do you plan to make the unit actually stronger than Chosen, or will it remain mostly as a flavor unit?
Why is there no hanging guts on any of the Nurgle units ? It's always been an iconic aesthetic for Nurgle.
What are the chances of Nippon DLC at some point down the line? ❤️
Hi!😁 Any plans to make more semi legendary lords by tech trees like Oglоk the Нorrible to orcs for example. It will give chance to characters that will nеver have chance to gain DLC treatment.

Allan: It will work the same way as it has worked for the Tomb Kings in the past, a first come first get race for the books.
Allan: It's an interesting idea, gonna make sure it's on my potential ideas list!
Hey! It has been said that for future content there will be more legendary heroes. Are unique lords (like Alastar or the Tomb King tech tree lords) something that is also considered to flesh out some characters that are too close from being generic (like the elector counts or Archaon's lieutenants) or too ties to an existing legendary lord (like Kouran with Malekith) to be their own legendary lord?
Any chance that beastmen legendary lords make more than one heardstone on the campagin map?
First time I've managed to catch a Q&A! Anyway, I'm really glad that we've got the option to have either Vlad or Isabella as LHs for one another as most were hoping for that, however would the devs be willing to provide an option for players to continue to use them both as LLs at campaign start?? I'm partial to that implementation myself and I'd be bummed out to see it disappear entirely.
How will confederation work for Volkmar now that he is an independent faction? Can he confederate the other Empire legendary lords and minor factions or is he all on his own?

Since alot of the warhammer3 factions have their own speciality will that be added aswel to older factions? That each LL start has their own optimal playstyle.
Have you considered adding cooldowns to domination mode for reinforcements to adress the Meat grinder spam issues?
We saw banners in Vilitch's promo stills, presumably this is art department artistic license, but a confirmation would be nice.
With the upcoming dlc having 4 unique legendary lords rather than the typical 2, will this be a one-time format to bring the WoC up to the LL count of other races, or do you see yourselves using this format again in the future?
Could you revisit Orion&Ariel for a Vlad & Isabella treatment? Can we have other Isabellas as optional LL for single campaign? ARIEL is very unique to only have her as LH :(
Allan: We are going to try and do as many as we can, these are some burning questions!
I am just wondering, as you know, there are unplayable legendary lords that are present in the game like the Red Duke or Boris Todbringer. Are there any new unplayable legendary lords you've added on the IE map? I know you can't give full explanation due to certain circumstances. In this context, can you give some hints?
Allan: There are many, I really enjoy the initial flood gates of ideas that we have as a team where we sit and discuss all ideas we have, no matter how outlandish they are, this leads to a lot of interesting conversations.
The other part I really enjoy is when we have narrowed down our design features and start to implement them into the game, there is an awesome feeling in seeing something you imagined come to life in the game.
The Tzeentch Banners in Vilitch screenshot are true or just myth?
Allan: While they did not get unique visuals I did try to spice them up a little bit with either abilities, size differences, or greater stats! I hope they still were a lot of fun to use!
Your upcoming DLC format has got to be one of the most exciting things I've ever seen in this trilogy's life cycle so far. It's allowed you to bring the WoC to life in a way we have never seen before in a rework, and that says a lot, after the amazing work you guys did with the wood elves and beastmen.
The scope at which this sort of DLC allows your team to rework a faction is just so exciting, and it's made me very hopeful for the future of this game.
Would you consider doing a "champions" style dlc at least once for every race, so that years from now all races and factions can be on par with one another in terms of skill trees, VA, unique campaign mechanics and enhanced visual distinction between each subfaction?
Would make for a terrific occasion to bring back the VA of Throgg for some much needed adjustments 👀
Allan: The AI factions are unable to take the Books of Nagash.
What dlc do you like doing more the lord pack or the race pack and with the new lord pack coming out I don’t no your term for that one
In the topic of old factions changes, can we expect the end of campaign battles to come back ? My main example would be Eltharion, where in ME you still had to complete Tor Yvresse and the prison upgrades up to the max, without unlocking the Vortex battle. I'm thinking that because some other factions like wood elves and beastmen still have theirs.
Any plans to make Beastmen LL devoted to particular Chaos gods? Could Taurox use some Khorne mechanics, for example?
What was the most difficult faction to port into Immortal Empires and why?
Also, are you using the Daniel customisation tool to implement the looks of ascending champions into daemonhood or do they all have the same generic look for one specific god?
Can Vlad eventually get the elector counts system?
My name calls forward a burning question of if Red Duke is likely to become playable at some point? Also Empire Boris, but who really cares about a moustache man compared to a vampire in cool armor?
If/When we see more mono-god lords, are there chances you may work with GW to create new daemons? There are no more daemon units to implement from TT as far as I'm aware aside from maybe very fringe stuff like the Brutes from Horus Heresy Forgeworld.
Is there a plan to make Shen Zoo LL / LH?
While the new chaos warriors for the upcoming DLC are for the most part good looking, the Marauders are all just recolours with the exception of Slaanesh who got helmets. How come they aren't given any body paint or gears better representing their god?
And since they're not mentioned anywhere, are there any plans to make each Gods chaos spawn into something more than just recolours as well? This is especially bad considering how staple spawns have become in monogod armies, especially Slaanesh'
Is there any plans on having any more control on who is able to build an outpost in your home, demolishing allied settlements, such and such to be able to control whos units you want to aim for, or will this remain limited to not getting into deeper alliances with people until you have who you want?
Do you plan to add some "Area of interest" points in Immortal Empires? (those with the Eye icon and lore bits)
Will 2.0 feature more land battles?
Allan: We always try to spruce up the game with some interesting characters when we can, I see this continuing in the future.
Considering the lack of Skaven FLC characters would you consider someone unique like Huskk Gnawbone? He is a Dark Seer who uses necromancy and is hated by the rest of Skaven society.
Does the AI have different behaiviour in IE than in RoC? Considering those have totally different objectives
Do you plan to make Foot of Gork, Constellation of the Dragon and The Maw more unique ? They are all the same spell with a different ''model'' in term of damage (48 flat / 33 porcent ap), radius (20), cast range (200), cast timer (5 sec), cooldown (54) etc. The only difference is the price, the maw cost 20 when 2 others cost 18 and of course the Sword cost battle points and not winds of magic and is the ''upgraded version'' not the base one.
Will, perhaps, just maybe, a Bretonnia FLC/DLC be on the way as it was with the other WARHAMMER installments?
As a prominent old world race that could use some tweaks with the new IE map, I'm hoping they haven't been forgotten!
Why did you decide to not give the LLs of the upcoming lord pack their own unique mechanics (like Ikit's workshop, Wulfhart's supply system) when it is something that you've done for every lord packs ?
Why is the CoC DLC charging for marauders when we've already paid for them twice before and they received basically no changes? 12 out of the advertised 36 "new units" are marauders
Allan: We are constantly looking for ways to improve the game and this does include factions and mechanics we feel have fallen behind.
So even when we don't do reworks, we do still try and make changes when we can.
Allan: Taurox's rampage mechanic already feels like it's in this direction.
I wonder if there any chance can we expect another dlc in this year (besides champion of chose & blood dlc) ?
Is there any plans to increase the types of DLC, to diversify beyond just Faction and Race packs, my thought was something along the line of a smaller DLC, like a hero pack or possibly something completely different like a DLC for Visual variety?
How does Outpost mechanic work with Herdstone? Can we access to entire BM roster by outpost?

Is there any chance for you to remove the random "auto" trait when you ascend your characters (From Herald to Greater Daemon - Chaos Lord to Daemon Prince), its so annoying to have a good "Lord/Hero" loose their chosen trait through the randomness of the ascension fluff.

Will there a chance to remove the out of control imbalanced Bamboo Arcade Towers from all Siege Maps? Its killing the point that a magical tower made out of no where kills my Lords and Monsters out of the sky before I can get to any capture-point. They should not be able to be constucted during the battle/siege itself.

Will you remove the Siegebreaker trait for small monsters such as the example of Trolls and Ogres? While also making them able to join the battles on the Wall's Ramparts? Maybe giving other monsters such as Giants the option to speed up Siege Towers?
All in all, any improvements to Siege Maps in general through bettering the experience of laying siege?
Will there be add more mounts option from tabetop, like griffons for noble for high elves, etc?
Hi ! I'd like to ask about Slaanesh Marauders, why did WoC get a new bunch, instead of re-using the ones that N'kari had at release ? I don't think it's because of the mutations, Hellstriders still can transform in Chaos Knights ! For uniformity maybe ? It gets me curious !
Allan: This is an idea we have discussed before, there is a lot to do on Immortal Empires but this is something we want to hopefully implement at some point.

is their any chance we will see race specific intro animations like those in warhammer 1?
Could the blood pack be expanded to include other effects such as ;
Units beeing killed by flaming damage charring ( getting a black overcoat texture).
Units beeing killed by certain magic spells ( "Final transformation" transforming the killed models into gold statues).
Units in a plague-inflicted army showing signs of it on the battlefield (puking/ unhealthy looking texture).
Additional battlefield devastation such as setting trees/bushes/buildings on fire.
In the Rally Point Interview, you mentioned AI being able to use features that it was previously unable to. Can you tell us what some of those features are?
Is there plans for at least one dlc lord for each TWW1 and TWW2 factions?
Is there any idea or hope for the dwarves regarding domination mode. Right now they loose 90% cause they are too slow to contest the capture points. Rework of Miners etc… some ideas ?
Have all old factions got their faction effects looked at for IE release? I know Kroq'gar and Gor'rok sound awesome, but worried the Hexoatl -30% cost to star chambers isn't gonna be competitive
Hello, thank you for answering some questions. 🙂 Not to step on anyone's toes, and I don't know how lore accurate it would be, but is there a chance for some female units / lords for the Empire in the future via DLC?
i noticed the empire knights speed buff... a very much needed buff, but there is a big issue that has arisen from Monstrous Cav being quicker more mass and better stats than all cav counterparts aswell as the new war beasts like sabre cats etc being as fast as slaanesh cav, these are peculiar ways too balance them, there should be clear roles between the 3 types .. horses vs big cats vs monstrous Cav, we all know big cats are only ambush predators so how they 100 speed?
Will azazel the maze keeper (norsca bird) be available to tzeench in MP. If so, will he and sarthoreal receive any changes to warrant picking them over a generic LOC
Any plans for a friendly fire toggle for evil factions? No Skaven weapons team should refuse to fire into slaves if it means hitting more elite enemy units in the process.
It would add another tactical and thematic layer to these factions.
Are there plans to add more sync kills for all factions in the future?
Is there a chance that we get some new or changed animations for Volkmar on his Altar (aka biting horses) and for azhag on foot? He shares the animation of the normal orc lords, you could simply give him the animations of the krimson killerz?
Before I remember it being mentioned that having at least one of the core races in a Lord Pack was important in game 2. Is that still a priority in game 3?
Is there anything you can say about the performance of immortal empires? Will it run better than the realms of chaos campaign?
The East and the Dark Lands seems pretty empty, can you give us any of your ideas to fill them?
For the DLC story, Kislev’s ending is considered the canon ending for RoC. To what extent are the different stories in WH3 considered canon in warhammer fantasy lore overall?
Will the Alchemists of Cathay finally use the lore of Fire as well. It’s in the lore descriptions that they can use fire
Is there a possibility of adding a different mount for Greasus or changing the existing one? Or at least making the gnoblars that push Greasus around mega buffed? He doesn't sell his lore of being filthy rich at all right now and i would love to see something to be done with him
Can we expect more Bretonnia content in Warhammer III?
Hey Allan! Do we now have the tech to expand the boundaries of the RoC map in the future, if need arises? I mean the actual dimensions of the map, we know that some rearrangement is possible ofc.
Allan: You can build an outpost in a Herdstone and it does give you access to some of the Beastmen units, it follows the same restrictions as it does for current outposts.
Allan: We have the AI utilizing some features of the game such as the crafting system and Throt's workshop.
It's an ongoing process but we were also able to give them better contextual choices on mechanics such as commandments, now when they have high corruption they will switch to an anti-corruption commandment as an example.
Hi, with all the new work done to marked versioms of units and Lords, I hope the regular undivided versions haven't been left in the dust and have had visual tweaks of their own alongside the newly improved color scheme. Suggestions would be taking from popular WoC cosmetic mods such as "Swords for Chaos Warriors" to give them more infernal weapon variety as they just have the normal Marauder hand axes, and some head changes to give the helmeted Chaos Warriors, Heroes, and Lords mail coifs for their necks from "Chaos Warriors with Helmets" while also making Chaotic Mr. Clean a bit more mutated with more markings and maybe a horn. The Tzeentch-marked Chaos Sorcerer Hero from Vilitch's Let's Play looked like he had a coif while the undivided model he's mostly based on doesn't, so I hope the WoC can finally get proper neck protection and get rid of that ugly, vulnerable fleshy gap.
Starter location for Vilitch on RoC map seems to be "Somewhere in Norsca" can we get the name of the actual location? 🙂
Do you plan any new content in the future for Vampire Counts?

With the new Marauder models coming for the 4 marks, is there any chance the next time Norsca gets a dlc, that the Norscan Marauder model could get tweaked to look a little more "Norscan", because currently it's an exact copy of the WoC marauder and is used in almost 10 units in the roster

The chaos rework have been amazing so far as i can see, i have been wondering the frequency of the rework release can we expect another rework for other race when 3.0 comes?
What was your favourite DLC feature that never made it into the game?
My question: beside Soul Race related mechanism, are there other mechanisms from Game 3 which are not going into IE? For exemple, will Kislev still have the rivarly between Orthodoxy and Ice court, recruit spellcaster via the ice court, have atteman, or still have 3 main cities, and other provinces limited to smaller settlement?
Will the units belonging to the player (like chariots, cavalry, flying units) at one point have the same ability to escape unit blobs like the AI? Currently the AI can get a unit out of my unit quite quickly, but in reverse it takes 100+ continuous clicks for the player, which to me hinders the use of those units effectively
Are there any plans to readjust the difficulty of some of the easier campaigns, namely Beastmen and Bretonnia?
Do quest battles for WH1/WH2 faction's unique equipment still require tedious tasks to be completed in IE (move a hero across the globe map to this specific province) or are they now instantly unlocked once the LL reaches the respective level a la WH3 system?
Are Shar'tor and Vorgaroth on the list of possible characters or will we never see them?
Are there any plans on including the unique items from ROC campaign such as sword of slaanesh in IE?
Are there any future plans to make the dawi stand out from other factions in terms of siege defense and the defense of their holds? there isn't really anything right now that separates them which is sad because that is the very thing they are best at and have amazing things in lore such as statues that spit torrents of lava and machines that cause avalanches ect
I reckon that tzeentch and nurgle marauders are in the need of a glow-up graphically, there's a plan for doing a bit of rework on those units? cause compared to the khorne and slaanesh ones, they're far behind

Currently you cannot do coop campaigns in realms of chaos as a daemon faction and a non-daemon bar ogres, will that change for immortal empires? And are there any plans to undo the restriction for realms of chaos?
I know the next patch is primarily about content, but are any performance improvements coming down the line?
Many people are finding that the Realm of Chaos campaign map is extremely demanding for their GPU (particularly Kislev and the Mountains of Mourn), especially on resolutions higher than 1080p. I'm concerned that IE, being significantly larger, will have even lower fps.
We're living in a time when GPU prices are really inflated, many people can't afford to upgrade as they could in the past.
Is there any chance that Spell Resistance could be changed to also reduce the strength of any debuff spells applied to that unit and not just damage spells?
Can we get dlss and fsr support. or 1440p resolution help?
Seeing as multiple races already got reworks, will specific mechanics bound to lords in that race be updated eventually too?
Are there any plans to improve the hiring mercenaries from ogre camps? cuz only one ogre bulls unit can be hired per army

Have you considered giving swordmasters of hoeth martial mastery as they are the most skilled high elf troops in TT
Can you share with us how Sarthorael the Everwatcher is going on in the IE campaign? Is he start with single faction or he will be a faction leader of "Sarthorael's Watchers"? Is he still enemy of Archaon when player play Archaon campaign?
Did you think of giving Azazel the abiliy to have no limit on Slannesh gifted units but it needs to be unlock by a Skill or Tech
Have you considered moving the port building slot to the main settlement building? I know that this has been a request among many in the Community since the first game in the Warhammer Series
Would it be possible to add moving parts (integration) to the campaign map in future reworks and DLC implementation. For example: A moving train network for the Chaos Dwarfs on the campaign map or towers that can wipe out units or armies within their campaign circle range. Just to name a couple off the top of my head. I’m sure there are many ideas you can come up with. In other words campaign mechanics outside of moving armies and heroes around.
Would you consider having the Dwarf Rangers (Great Weapons) throw axes when they charge? I hope Dwarfs will have some units with a bit more aggressive role..
Are there any plans to add some form of reward for searching ruins in WH3 (like the Puzzles of the Old Ones in WH2)?
With ruin exploration gones, have you considered adding random encounter sites to the world map? Places you can visit to trigger events, find loot or just random battles.
Hi Allen out of the lords mentioned in your interview which has been your personal favorite in how they are shaping up? Can you tell us your favorite mechanic out of them? Also can we expect the climate system to get any changes at any time in the future?
Does the team have any plans to revisit the artwork and voice work behind the Realms of Chaos campaign conclusion to make them more faction specific?
The Vortex campaign and its different ritual phases and unique art and voice work made each campaign really compelling. I feel as though the team could achieve the same thing for when each of the WH3 factions get a soul as well as after the final battle with Be'lakor.
How do you envision Old World updates once the more obvious picks -Vampire Counts, Norsca, Lizardmen- are done? Faction reworks or you will keep updating races as a whole?
Since we've removed the free skeletons from Vamp Counts, will their rework also include some sort of buff to their economy and/or an increased upkeep reduction for their higher teir units to make them affordable?
Will We see more "Unique" or "Sudo" Legendary lords (Allistar the white lion, Tomb kings tech tree lords, Greenskins tech tree lords)? Characters that might not be worthy of a DLC in so far as mechanics but standout enough to implement to be accessed by the respective factions? This also includes potentially legendary heroes, like key bodyguard figures like Ska Bloodtail for Queek etc. Overall think should be explored a little further if possible.
Hi Allan, recently a mod has come out for Warhammer 3 that adds cost based unit caps for armies in campaign, in the same style of multiplayer. The cap scales with the level of your lord and adds the decision making and variety of MP army builds into campaign. Could such a system ever arrive for Warhammer 3 to disincentive doomstacking and improving the experience of building your armies?
with the blood for the blood god dlc pack will it incorporate new things to it such as new kill animations more gore for monsters and burns when hit with magic? to add move flavour to the game when it comes out?

Will greenskin waaagh armies and slave stacks of skaven reinforce differently than current wh3? The entire point of those armies is that they be there at the start, especially with greenskins. Seems a massive nerf to waaaghs to have to wait.
Some of the LL for wh3 have no battle quest, is possible to implement them one day, or it's impossible?

Any chance for some changes in to battering rams? Some of them look cool but they usually are slow as hell and monsters of cavalierly and heroes are better in destroying gates.

Has anyone at CA taken notice that it is currently impossible to change the UI scale on 1080p (maybe more resolutions)? I hope this is not on purpose? Seeing as the game's performance is not that good (especially overheating problems) on higher resolutions this is quite a big problem for me at the moment. It is very jarring to use the large scale ui on a bigger monitor...
Allan: We will be making some adjustments so as to not have allied forces hinder those factions.
Allan: Currently they travel to familiar locations that you see in the Realms of Chaos map, however, we would like to expand this further for Immortal Empire at some point.
Allan: We do tend to look over factions and adjust when we feel they are too difficult or easy, however, we have to take into account that there are many variables that can determine the difficulty of a campaign such as play style and experience.
Allan: This is something we have talked about and are looking into!
Allan: I am always a fan of stuff like this, I feel it adds a nice bit of flavor to the world and excitement to exploration, while I can't say for sure it's something we will implement it is something I will keep in mind.
Will Vlad and Isabella be able to recruit levies differently from the other vampire counts? Maybe with a unique building like the tomb king unit mechanic. I believe sylvanian levies were in one of the rule book editions and the units are currently in the game
Is there any possibility of spells that change terrain being added? Like lore of deep that can leave behind shallow water, or lore of life on wood elves that can leave behind trees?
Will the Empires elector counts mechanic see some changes given the new enemies in and around the Empire?
As once they start conquering the Empire they're possibly going to mess over an Empire player due to Imperial Authority loss from Empire capitals lost.

ALLAN: This is a hard question to answer because after playing them all they are all a lot of fun and exciting with their new locations, each have their own challenges to deal with but if I were to pick one I would have to say, Volkmar, as you saw from our map reveal the desert has become a gathering of Legendary Lords all ready to fight each other and that means there is always something to keep an eye out for even if you are not directly involved and with all the moving parts, it means you never know when you can jump into a new war, combine that with the fact that you are away from the Empire and now hunting down some Books of Nagash, it makes Volkmar for a very unique playthrough.
With the Warriors of Chaos rework/upcoming DLC. It's mentioned you can get gifted daemonic units from the monogod rosters. Does this extend also to heroes/lords. For example would we be able to recruit nurgle cultists as Festus/Nurgle aligned Warriors of Chaos Lords?
The Kislev co-op campaign was some of the most fun I’ve had with friends in Warhammer, as it was quick and action-packed. Co-op potential was how I convinced two of my friends to buy the game. Are there plans to add tailored co-op experiences in future dlc? For instance, Alberic and Wulfhart next to each other seems like a great opportunity for a tailored, action packed experience like what you did with Kislev!
Could the RoC excerpt of Cathay in the Darkness and Disharmony campaign be replaced with an excerpt of Cathay from Immortal Empires? IE Cathay just looks so much better.

If there are thematic reasons for a character to be moved to a certain location then that helps reinforce the move even more.

Allan: Sea Lanes at their core are just teleport networks so it is possible for us to add and remove new ones in the future.
I saw that apparently the sword of teclis was reverted to its old stats as a melee buff. Do you plan or reworking that? Since as is a character for whom physical disability is a major characterization will be a better duelist than Tyrion

That's not a complaint. I love "caravan of blue roses", but I don't really understand why a guy whose claim to fame is being good at commanding zombies gets possibly the most elegant sounding name of any faction in TWW.
It was confirmed that the Champions of Chaos will not participate in the Race for Ursun, and in a multiplayer game in which a base LL and a Champion are played the rifts will not spawn.
Can you share any details on the updated campaigns for the base TWW3 LLs on either map?
Is it possible in the future we might get Burned Corpse textures/Fire effects upon death for infantry sized units? It feels like at least 30% of the damage in this game comes from Fire based weapons and spells, seem off not to see that represented visually. Even if I have to pay for a Fire for the Fire God DLC.
Hey Allan, thanks for taking the time! What are the possibilities of being able to recruit or unlock other Legendary Lords for the Tomb Kings as we cannot confederate other TK factions? IE: Gain control of or recruit Khalida or Khatep when playing as Settra?
With Grombrindal starting in the middle of a bunch if elves, a lot of people are worried that he will be quite overwhelmed and killed off quickly.. can we look forward to any anti-elf changes/additions exclusive to Grombrindals faction in addition to his skill tree that will help him keep a steady(and sturdy!) pace being around malekith, alith anar, sisters, and other surrounding dark elf factions?
Have there been or is there additional plans to make A.I. factions more coordinated? Currently it can be kind of hard to get friendly A.I armies to coordinate an attack against mutual enemies
Allan: Ghorst's family was taken from him by the Plague of the Blue Roses and that has influenced the name. But the real reason is that blue is a nice colour and roses are pretty just like...undead zombies?
Allan: We are looking into this as part of a broader system in handling how to unlock Legendary Lords, especially for factions that are unable to confederate them.

Good day Allan! With all the new Changes to the vassal system and their buffs with the DLC, did they got reworked too? Currently vassals are Just Standing there and so nothing the entire Game. Would be such a shame when they still would be so passive.
I really enjoy co-op campaign play, so AI diplomacy is really important in how it limits combinations of allied player factions.
How does the automatic at-war mechanic differ from RoC to IE, if at all?
I’m not certain if this is within the scope of things that might be answered here, but it’s been a burning question for me so I’ll go ahead:
We seem to have a pretty good list of which Warriors of Chaos units the Monogod factions will be able to recruit, barring further surprises, but how far will WoC and CoC factions be able to go in recruiting daemonic units? Can they eventually get Soul Grinders and Greater Daemons if they go hard enough on one god? Will Be’lakor have a broader list of daemon unit options?
Hi Allan, will the voice lines for the game 1 & 2 races be updated for battling the game 3 races? I think right now the dwarfs call the ogres greenskins
Allan: Some features are still script based and therefore are not being used in the new system yet but others have been moved over.
This will be accessible to modders so I expect to see some stuff from them in time. AI Black Arks can attack settlements.
Has their been any discussions on designs similar to the level 15 transformations for the heralds for other factions lords? The implementations thus far are great.
Allan: We have disabled the auto-declare war mechanic for Immortal Empires. In a map with so many varied factions near each other, this created undesirable behavior for factions that used this mechanic. Since removing it we feel like it has opened up the campaign map a lot more for all sorts of factions.
To compensate for this being removed though we have added high aversions for the factions that would automatically enter into a war with the other factions, this will hopefully lead to a more natural progression.
that's just multiplayer, right? skarbrand can't just chill in the southlands and be unharmed by dwarfs, greenskins, undead and all the other stuff down there, right?
Have you considered making unique mounts, like Deathclaw, more interesting? I think special abilities bound to them similar to those the Sisters of Twilight get on their Dragon and Eagle would be interesting.

Is this still live? I completely forgot it's Q&A today. I have some questions about Chaos, older factions, and potential stuff in the future for all of them and game 3 factions (and the map).
- Chaos Factions. Will the monogod factions get the reskins of the WoC units for themselves? They'd especially benefit from Marauder Horsemen since compared to WoC the monogods don't have.
- Norsca. Now that Chaos is being properly implemented, will this affect the Norsca rework in the future? Like adding a 5th path for them to go genuinely Undivided and giving them options to recruit their own marked units? Not to mention more lords and heroes who can also be marked and such like you are doing with WoC and to an extent with the monogods?
- Older factions. Will the game 1 and 2 factions eventually get more stuff? I know that Bretonnia still have things that could be added (Herrimaults, Faceless, Questing Beasts, Naiads, Foot Knights, Sons of Bretonnia and more), Dwarfs have tons of stuff that could be added (runic units like the Shard Dragons or Rune Golems and smaller Rune Guardians, their engineer units like Thunderbarges and War Balloons or more mobile stuff like Juggernauts and maybe even implanting the Deathroller from Blood Bowl, the rest of the Slayer Cult and Ancestor God-specific stuff like Witch Hunters of Gazul with Runic Swords that do exist in lore), the Empire having...tetratons of stuff (apart of the Wizard Lords, the whole lot of Knight Chapters being just the peak)...and that's just those three.
- Thus how many of the above we could get since it is THE final TWW game? It would be good if the DLC format you used for the Champions of Chaos could work this way to add all of these for all factions. Will Kislev and Cathay get some really crazy stuff (like Ungol stuff and Frostfiends for Kislev and more mystical stuff for Cathay). Not to mention will there be map expansions? A lot of people have high hopes for WH3 and these are slowly further crystalizing...
Any words about Hotseat mode?

Will all generic lords and heroes get unique skills that would play into the playstyles of the various races? The Empire General and the likes of the Dwarf Lord feel bleak compared to the Elven Lords and would use skills that would either enhance or modify their gameplay.
Edit: Will we get more unique non-playable lords in the vein of Boris Todbringer for multiple races? This could make lesser factions more interesting to interact with.

We added marauders for the nurgle faction but didn't make any effort on the models and just changed the color to neon green to make a nurgle style the same for the other chaos warriors.
