The total usage for this year is approximately 1.833 billion, whereas last year was 1.886 billion and pre pandemic (2019-20) was 2.015 billion. That's a 2.8% decrease from last year and a 9% decrease from pre pandemic so on a whole bus usage is decreasing. Bus usage doesn't seem to be recovering to pre pandemic levels.
