This is odd. It did not work in neither vivaldi nor chrome on the mac, but worked fine in vivaldi on ubuntu...
.. fedora, rather, but doubt that bit matters 🙂

the entire form gets blocked by ublock origin for me (on any browser), since it's loaded in via a google analytics domain
