i bought hyperx 2 today, i install hyperx quadcast app and i try to change color but its doesnt work on mic. App show me change color but mic doesnt change color

i think that's meant to just be red and the 2s is the one that changes

It looks like I can change the color through the app.

When I looked youtube, others could change it.
