because it’s more then likely the software bugging out
i’d suggest this.
close the software from the tray so it’s completely closed and hold the mute button for a few seconds until you hear a beep
mine bugs out over software and this has helped me and a few other people i’ve seen had this problem

when i put it very close to my mouth
then i actualyl hear it

is the dtsx in the hyperx ngenuinty app same as the one from dts sound unbound?
i tried using it and i lowkey noticed no difference
but now
i uninstalled it and now it uses windows sonic
