wireless?
no
do you use aux or usb a/c
idk what is that?
yes this one
wht one do you plug into pc?
.
okay interesting tried a different port
i tried all of my port nothing works
hm check if this is plugged in probably
And if not also download software see if it’s updated
was the connection lose?
no it wasn't updated
i just relounch my pc and its back
its like ten worse
I think you don't have a ground connection to the PC power supply.
Test the headphones with the jack connected to the phone
i can't connect it to my phone
how to fix that
Do you have any other device that is not plugged into the outlet?
wich outlet
Like, any device that is not plugged into a power outlet in the house. like, a laptop, a phone. Be able to test the headphones connected to other devices. It is also a known issue for devices with jack/usb that can carry current interference when they are not grounded
try re testing the headphones with a device that is not plugged into a power outlet in your home
ok
Try re Test....**
on playstation controller?
Yes
So connected to a device that is not plugged in, you no longer have that buzzing/cracking
However, to be sure that this is the problem. test the headphones on another similar device. then test the headphones connected to the PC directly on the Jack without that usb extension
ok
on another controller?
yes but i have i phone 8
Yes. any device that is not plugged into a power outlet
It was a solution if you didn't have a jack adapter on your phone. connect that cable from usb c to jack
this is to make sure that the problem comes from the electrical current in the house that is not grounded or at least at that outlet
i connected it directly at my playstation and it worked
Directly on the Jack or with the USB adapter? If the PlayStation doesn't do the same, it could be the PC's fault.
Yep. That usb
Hmm... if you used the headphones with that USB adapter on the PS and you don't have the problem. maybe the PC is to blame
However, try the headphones on the PC directly on the Jack without that usb. Or if you want you can try another usb port, such as the ones on the motherboard on the back
its so fucking annoying i never had this probleme
@novel lodge
do you think you can help me
whats up?
the cracking sound came back but its like 10 time worser
only on pc?
yes
id say contact support personally
how
do u have another pc or laptop to try?
no
hm yea only thing i can think is
-different ports
-diffrent connections
-updates/reset to default
-audio enchantments from windows
-making sure the cables are all in properly
for example could prob try aux on its own but youd need a splitter for mic to work as well
trying out the DTS or trying without it
did not work
