Hello! I'm sorry to hear that 😦 Here are some recommended tips you can try:
-Reconnecting the mouse from the USB port and plugging it into a different USB port.
-Restarting your computer. Sometimes a simple restart can fix the issue.
If that doesnt work I recommend checking the Device Manager as well:
-Press Win + X → Select Device Manager.
-Expand Mice and other pointing devices.
-Look for HyperX Pulsefire Core (or any “HID-compliant mouse”).
If you see a yellow warning triangle, right-click → Uninstall device → Restart your PC → Reconnect the mouse.
If neither of those help, you can try doing a reset on the mouse:
Some HyperX mice have a reset feature. Holding down left + right click + scroll button for 5-10 seconds.
