i purchased my quadcast s about 3 years ago and ive been using it pretty gently since then. i mounted it onto a boom arm about 6 months ago and i noticed that 2 months ago my quadcast s wouldnt be connected to my pc when i booted it up, requiring me to plug it out and back in again which worked most of the time. today i got home and did the same thing only for it not to work despite plugging it out and back in. ive tried everything, ive changed the usb port its connected to, ive changed the cable. ive blown into the usbc port. ive taken it off its boom arm and NOTHING has worked. am i cooked? i dont have warranty so im fine with opening it up to check for a faulty usbc port or something.
