primal bone
It's almost two years old and has worked fine. I have a usb cord with usb-c at the end and it has been plugged in. The headset is dead. Also, when I plug it into a couple of usb-a as I regularly do, two computers now tell me there's a surge problem on the port. I looked on https://hyperx.com/pages/knowledge-portal#/categories/feb25c6c-42de-4d5a-b0a4-e03aae8b99a3 and don't see Cloud Core as a subcategory so I can't check manuals.
Has it died or should I check something else?
