muting on a hyperx quadcast (tap to mute)

when i mute my mic from the top it does mute but if i shout other can hear really silently but still can hear me, is that a normal thing or not? and can somebody help me if its not please

i’ve heard of this issue a few times i don’t think it’s intended but i don’t think it’s an issue you should worry about

is ur gain quite high?
