If the Desktop App's window is too big or too small, on a Windows OS you may go to System Tray > left-click on the icon and either pick a setting from Display Scale or use Optimize Display Scale directly.

Since I downloaded OP.GG I got 2 system errors when I want to play league 🥲 The error occurred after champion select, when I am into loading screen or when the game starts. When I close OP.GG process I can normally join the round again but otherwise I can’t. If I join with OP.GG active and get into the game I have like 0FPS and can’t do anything .

• After completing step 2, check for the OP.GG logo at the bottom left corner of the in-game screen.
• If the logo does not appear, try running the OP.GG Desktop App in administrator mode.

• Real-time stat overlay is not supported in Quickplay/ARAM games.
• Occasionally, conflicts with graphic card software like MSI Afterburner may cause overlay malfunctions. In such cases, please disable other programs and try again.

Never mind after going through all the bug fixes I figured it out. It's because after patches there is insufficient data on the new patch. I just have to use the previous patch version and it works. For those that need help just go to champion tier and change the version to the previous one while op.gg collects data on the new patch.

Hey! Can you update the op.gg score system a bit? It doesn't seem to account for the split push play style. I consistently get rank 8 on op.gg score on wins/losses, but I have climbed more than a whole rank and had huge win rate despite this (from plat 3 to soon emerald 2). It doesn't seem to care much about turret damage, "drawing enemy to you" to give prio for lanes, and inhibitor takedowns etc

The app provides a range of options (e.g., region, tier, patch version) for filtering. When you apply your filters, the recommended runes and items are those most frequently used by players.
and high winrate paired with low popularity aren't necessarily indicators of victory. because there could be instances where such data is based on merely one game. So, in such cases, it's possible that the runes and items were only effective in that specific match.
Therefore, we recommend options based on comprehensive data, including a significant number of games and not just high win rates, as this approach is more likely to guide users towards victory.

Unfortunate to hear you struggle, you can try to perform a clean install.

Just be sure that the app (or the installer) are closed first before doing that.

On a Windows OS, you can look for it in the System Tray > and use the Task Manager to make sure you have stopped any remaining processes after.

Then you could reinstall the Desktop App, by following each step in the Installation Guide bellow…

It is really important to run the OP.GG.bat and use the latest version installer!

Also left-click and select 🛡️ Run as administrator when you run those, to be certain of permissions.

Please inform if the issue still persists!
