❓ Why do the Stumble Passes work the way they do now, is there not a way for us to receive all the rewards from both Mobile and Xbox pass?
Answer: We are actively working on improving the Stumble Pass experience for players that progress between console and other platforms.
❔ Why am I missing some skins I have on mobile, but not on Xbox?
Answer: Please note that because of certain limitations you will only see the cosmetics from version 0.55 until console and mobile versions are synced.
❓When will Xbox players be able to cross-play with users on other platforms like PC or Mobile?
Answer: Not at the beginning! But we're working on it!
❔ When will the Xbox version match the live version?
Answer: We don't have a date for this yet but we're actively working on ensuring that we are able to provide players with all the features and cosmetics they love.
❓If in the future we link our account with our Xbox profile, will we have access to all the cosmetics currently available on our Mobile/Steam account?
Answer: We don't have the ability to merge two different accounts, even if it's held by the same person. The best option is to be logged into to your Scopely ID on both Mobile and Xbox. Log in with the account that you want to keep to ensure you are keeping your favorite content.
