Hey! I'm currently thinking of a book title for my upcoming novel. I had decided on a title ages ago and unfortunately, I already put it on my final cover but I'll have to change it. A friend of mine told me that it doesn't really fit, and I agree because it doesn't really portray the book's depth as much as it should. So I wouldn't mind a little help

I had two options before; Unraveling The Twisted Or Attempt 2999th

I asked several people, and the first option won so it was the one I decided on, but I now see that maybe it was because they did not have much context and just decided on the one which sounded more alluring.

# jade wind Happy to help! What's your novel's genre and theme? Share a brief summary, and I...

I would appreciate that!

It's a dark psychological thriller with a bit of dark romance. It is centered on this assassin who comes from one of the most notorious groups in South and North America.
His targets are always of high importance, celebrities and important personalities in the government. He has never failed to kill a target until he is assigned a new mission, he had to assassinate the girl he came across during his last mission.
She comes across as a normal girl who doesn't even faze the line meeting the severity of his usual missions and he believes it will be an easy one. That is until he learns that this individual is an indentity-less (undocumented) psychopath who has been stalking him for years. To her, she is his "2999th attempt" and just might be the time she finally succeeds.

There's the themes of revenge, abuse, murder, death, family, twisted obsession, mental disorders and identity crisis

It's why I think that "Unraveling The Twisted" is far too light and wouldn't convey the meaning it should
