I recently installed Training Gear on my friend’s Vital Hero, this is my first time messing with it. She sent me this photo and neither of us are sure what the caution symbol is for. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey, just saw this post and cool seeing it in a brick shell 🔥 That's the untethered / low activity status. Basically you haven't registered steps on the Digimon Link in a while. To get rid of it just shake it a few times and it'll go away or recalibrate the heart rate.
If your Digimon lost any Vitals just make sure your Mood Meter isn't full and use Praise it'll help raise your VP back up
