i am trying to download and run the DMC sprite tool from Cyanic's Github

ive downloaded and extracted the files but cant get the .exe to run

ive ran the "runtimeconfig" tool and got

"System.Reflection.Metadata.MetadataUpdater.IsSupported": false

if thats at all relevant. I'm a little incompetent but if i cant even get the program to load my DMC modding journey will be ending soon lol

i need some troubleshooting guidance or a step-by-step on downloading and running the program 🙂 for anyone that can help

All you need to do is to feed the app the dump and start making changes. Once done, just press the build button.

I guess the problem I'm having them is figuring out how to get my pc to read and download the files from my DMC, I have the hardware all put together properly and I have the device taken apart and everything.

Started using this video as a guide, and he lost me once he gets to the software part lol

Note: Not all sprites are needed, you can just patch the dump using only rays translated sprites folder.

If you already have the dump, then you should be able to just plop it in the web app and start modding.

Whatever programmer software that you might be comfortable with. I typically use asprogrammer, but there are also others that works just fine.
