Does a Jogressed Digimon keep it’s Traited Egg property after Jogress with another Digimon that didn’t hatch from a traited egg? Does it matter which Digimon initiates the Jogress? If the non-traited Digimon initiates Jogress does the resulting Digimon not keep it’s traited egg property?

Additionally, does it matter if the jogress is between different devices or the same device when attempting to keep the traited property?

With different devices, basically the information is shared and your traited Digimon keeps this stat when Jogressing. As you end up with a Digimon on each device.
But, when Jogressing within a device, 2 Digimon become 1. So here you need the traited Digimon to be the main 1 and this will "consume" the other Digimon. Then things like win rate and age will continue on the main Digimon along with if it was traited. The 2nd Digimon will just no longer exist.
