I'm guessing it's the same as fixing an accel or a D-Scanner screen but PenXs are notorious for the screws that hold them together to snap when opening

So it's not a very fixable device

First recommendation is to apply pressure around the device before opening it. Do the missing lines appear? If so, something is loose inside. If not, disassemble and attempt to clean the contacts for the screen
