#we been having loading screen issue ever since the apps is loading. is there any maintenance.

So should I just take a break from the apps until it the apps get back on?
Did you happen to get a cloned mon at some point?
Also does it still load endlessly if you force close and reopen?
I think sometimes it does get stuck, but usually reopening after force close seems to work
It still work but I was trying to deleted the duplicating digimon but said unable to contact the server
I have had this issue this morning. In transfered a Digimon in the app and when I checked there were 2 copies of It in the app. Now the app won't open anymore. What can i do?
Should have deleted the duplicate when you can. Only thing you can do is get the runaround from Bandai and try to get them to fix it

From what i understood i can almost do nothing. I sent to bandai support a mail hoping that they can fix this.
Yeah that's kind of how it goes. None of the other Bandai branches want to take responsibility
Do you know if any of the users have been able to solve this problem getting the account back without losing Digimon inside it?
