there is a dislike browser extention (add-on) - not by youtube I think. but you can see the dislikes after installing

you can see an estimate/extrapolation, but not the real number.

which in itself has a systematic error. The number relies on data collected by users using the extension.

One could argue that someone using the extension is more likely to use the dislike feature therefore giving you inflated numbers and afaik there is no countermeasure to this, making it a completely made-up metric.

to make it short:
youtube has said multiple times they are not bringing back dislikes.
