Describe the issue:
so recently i got compromised, and had to reinstall fresh windows 10. but after i did, it removed the SSD download and my laptop is so slow, i experienced a lot of issues like CPU hits 100, disk hits 100, cant even play games…in general its slow, and i dont know what i can do and i wanna know how i can reinstall windows 10 and put it into SSD (currently its HDD and im not fully aware how anything works…) i still have a lot more issues but i dont know how to describe most of them, i need someone who is willing to help me with the whole process please :(
What have you tried already?:
- reg edit tweaks
- disabled startup apps
- downloaded important drivers to my laptop for both intel and graphics
When did it start producing the issue:
originally april 15 when i got compromised, april 21st when i reinstalled windows
Did you install new drivers or software?:
yes i did, and i especially made sure i downloaded things for the intel cpu and nvidia gpu
