Describe the issue: Overheating on all the modes and using normal fuctioning and during gaming 97
What have you tried already?: nothing
When did it start producing the issue: when summer started 35 c + temp
Did you install new drivers or software?: yes i have updated drivers

try cleaning the laptop fans/heatsink, use a laptop cooler, or raise the rear of the laptop, laptop will either run hotter or cooler based on ambient temperature which for you right now is pretty high

Cleaning your laptop fans

Get an air duster. Any of these will work:

Compressed air can
Electric duster
Squeezable "Rocket" blower

well shoot the link to the guide is busted.
short version is you need to blast with air:

onto the fan blades, hold the center of the fan with a finger so it doesn't spin
into the metal exhaust fins on the sides of the laptop
