Model: Lenovo Legion Pro 5i 16IAX10
Describe the issue: While using the laptop normally sometimes i get this weird bug(?) where the whole screen turns black and i can only see the cursor but cannot move it. If i leave it for like 15-20 seconds, the fans kick in gradually and max out. I then have to turn off the device using the power button. Also had a random bsod a while back with the error code of hypervisor error.
What have you tried already?: Tried checking the event viewer to find if something looks off but i cant really find anything out of the ordinary, also tried uninstalling windows updates but it didnt fix it.
When did it start producing the issue: This week on Wednesday(18 feb) after some windows update installed.
Did you install new drivers or software?: Didnt update windows for a while (like since november), it auto installed all the updates this week.
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: Will attach the pics after i manage to reproduce the issue.
