Your gpu is below average, are you on custom/manual profile? CPU score is good, but the frequency is hopping around. With an undervolt and lowering max turbo boost ratio for p cores from 2x 5.8z and 6x5.2 to 4.7ghz for all p cores you can score higher and have a more stable frametime

thank you for your comment Jordi, i researched how undervolt, but when i installed throttlestop, and open up FIVR, its locked. can you teach me how to use it.

Yeah, you have to disable memory integrity in windows and restart and press f2 to go to bios and enable cpu optimization and save it it by pressing f10. Now its locked, if you follw the mentioned steps it must shows FIVR instead of locked.

Did you also set a positive value of 153 in V/F point for both cores and cache to counter idle instability?

To test stability, i would suggest to run aida64 cpu benchmark and OCCT cpu test avx2. Look for WHEA errors. Maybe you should lower your max p core ratio to 4.7 ghz for all p cores and 3,7 for all e-cores
