Describe the issue: I have an INVAlID serial number, model, machine type.
What have you tried already?: Tried reinstalling the program, tried reformating and i still have the problem.
When did it start producing the issue: i do not know the exact date but i think it happened after technician repair (changed the motherboard as the charging port was not working)
Did you install new drivers or software?: Yes.
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: Yes.

this can be fixed with https://github.com/ASparkOfFire/lenovo-u1-tool
you need to go to an older BIOS first so you can change it and then you can update to newer one again
