Legion 5 Slim - Won't boot

Describe the issue:
will not boot. Light on the power button turns white and then immediately turns off.

What have you tried already?:
I couldn't find a reset pin hole and can't reseat the battery. I tried holding the power button for 60 seconds, but no joy.

When did it start producing the issue:
About 5 days ago.

Did you install new drivers or software?:
Not to my knowledge. It's possible there was an auto update that I wasn't aware of.

Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue:
It would just be a picture of an unlit power light. Ha!

@brisk urchin I'm not sure the battery can be replaced without cracking open the case. I'm not afraid to do that but would prefer not to if there's another option.

That soft reset is what I tried.

I'll open her up and follow the hard reset option.

where do you live? for example in the US opening the laptop doesn't void warranty.
also the 16 inch slim 5 is super easy to open, i own one

good luck with the hard reset

also make sure your laptop charger isn't unplugged at the brick or something lol (the issue could simply be dead battery)
