Model: Legion 7i Pro Gen 8 (16IRX8H) - RTX 4080
Issue: I've recently installed NE160QDM-NM7 and it works fine mostly as is but randomly different areas get dark/gray/brownish hue like dimming but difference intensity levels at different portions of the screen.

Like in the image only the central area is fine (whitish), rest is a bit dark and then at bottom right corner it's even darker reverse U shaped. When I turn HDR off after it happens, screen goes full black until I restart and then it all becomes fine. I think it has something to do with HDR bcs when HDR is off it doesn't happen. Btw I'm using dGPU mode.

It happened a week ago only once then yesterday it keeps happening. Now even after few minutes of restart they randomly appear.

happening with my Lenovo Legion 9 gen 9 aswell, I tried using lower performance sttings which helped a bit but you can try reinstalling the iGPU and dGPU driver

I've upgraded nvidia drives as well and installed displayhdr from asus but issue persists

try turning off: settings- system -display - brightness ^ - Change Brightness Based on content
