Since you have repasted either you have not applied PTM properly or heatsink is not evenly seated / well screwed.

this is like from game alan wake 2

it does not get hot that fast like it is almost 5 am so my room temperatue is normal

but when im in game for 10 minutes it get that hot

and i just screwed heatsink tight to make sure everything is in contact but while i was applying ptm , the ptm for cpu was perfectly applied , but for gpu the top left part did not have ptm , so i removed excess part from plastic using tweezer and placed it back on chip and whole chip was covered in ptm

Your temp are in the higher side, can be because of

1. Your ptm application wasn't that great
2. Ambient temp
3. Fans/vents are not properly cleaned.
   Still you can use it like this , not a problem.

And don't use that so called cooling pad of yours , doesn't look good to me .

If you really want a cooling pad , invest in .

They are really expensive but quite effective.
