Describe the Issue:
The laptop shuts down unexpectedly when running a game or a program, especially during heavy usage or live streaming.

What have you tried already?:
I replaced the thermal paste, removed and reinstalled the RAM modules, reinstalled Windows, and installed all available updates.

When did it start producing the issue?:
The issue started while I was live streaming the game Grand Theft Auto V.

Did you install new drivers or software?:
No, I did not install any new drivers or software before the issue started.

Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue?:
Yes, I will send a video that shows the issue occurring.

The problem varies from time to time. For example, just now it forced me out of the game and then suddenly shut down.

based on the full list of issues you are having pretty sure your laptop is cooked especially instant bsods on game launches and the ec errors you could try reverting to an older BIOS if you'd like

Yep you can revert to previous version if you have bios backflash on in the BIOS, and no not certain.

To be honest, I’m not familiar with how to perform a BIOS downgrade or rollback

Then no problem, something less technical you can do is just resetting the bios to default, reinstall to w11 23h2/24h2.

and just let windows update download the drivers (aside from nvidia use 566.36)

you could but after checking it seems you are already on the latest and from looking at posts about this specific version there are no issues like that reported

so it wouldn't be beneficial in your case

get a usb stick format w11 24h2 on it plug it in restart f12 delete all partitions and do a clean reformat of your pc

dont use any weird driver tools to update drivers only use windows update & for the gpu driver use 566.36

*but first reset your bios settings to default > enter it go to exit load optimized settings/default settings then F10 (save & exit)

I did that—I installed Windows 11 and ran Windows Update, downloaded the drivers, but the problem still persisted

I tried using Windows 11, but the problem was still there, so I reverted back to Windows 10 because I am more familiar with it
