Describe the issue
I bought the laptop a month ago but did not have the chance to use it until now. After i set up everything i found out that there is no music coming at all only voices.
What have you tried already?
I tried to reinstall the audio driver and entered safe mode to check and the issue remains the same. I did not modify nahimic software or touch anything in audio settings.
When did it start producing the issue:
i can't remember since it's the first time to use the laptop, i watched an anime episode and was working fine, then switched off the laptop, and today i opened a video on youtube and i couldnt hear any sound only the voices can be heared.
Did you install new drivers or software?
Only reinstalled audio driver.
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: idk how.

i don't have a bluetooth speaker, but it happened with laptop speakers and wired earphones.

it was on, i switched it off now. i can hear the music now.
but the sound seems like something blocking it.

Try disabling nahimic in device manager

Likely you have noise cancelling on somewhere in Vantage/ the related audio software suit.
If you want just go through them all and disable all effect and it should be back to normal without having to disable devices in device manager.
