what do you think is going on here? i thought i was throttling somewhere but hwinfo isnt reporting it during my tests

when looking at hwinfo, there isnt a shortage of power anywhere that could be culprit?

are you 100% sure? because for me (different legion model, but AMD cpu as well) 3dmark doesn't report the igpu if you run it in dgpu only mode.
