#Laptop freezes randomly

legion 5i i5 10300h 1650ti

Describe the issue:

laptop freezes randomly no response, no keyboard or mouse functions just freezes at still image, I had this issue once it is due to windows hags and valorant kernal anti cheat it would freeze system when I alt tab but now it is strange I don't have any game with kernal anti cheat

What have you tried already?:

I thought it is due to win24h2 so I deleted windows and reinstalled 23h2, reinstalled nvidia drivers after ddu, switched ram slots
When did it start producing the issue: 4 days ago

Did you install new drivers or software?:

I installed 24h2 two weeks ago but I downgraded to 23h2 after this issue started by reinstalling windows still the problem exist

Also it only freezes when plugged in not on battery

Can It be a charger issue once again I connected to charger and straight up it froze had to long press power key to shutdown, and now when i pressed power button only the light on power button glows but not booting but it does boot on battery also I tried with a 65w charger it gave me warning of low wattage but it boots
