Hello everyone, I’ve had my laptop for 3-4 years, and it’s been working fine until recently. I’m now facing several issues:
When I try to power it off, the light on the power button stays on, and I have to press it manually to turn it off completely.
When I switch it off while in quiet mode, it powers on in balanced mode.
Sometimes, when I try to power it on, the light on the power button blinks for a couple of minutes before it boots up.
The laptop keeps losing time even after syncing it.
It occasionally freezes at random.
Solutions I’ve already tried:
Updated the BIOS.
Checked the CMOS battery (it’s still healthy).
Ran a hardware scan (everything passed).
Updated all drivers.
Took it to a repair shop (no issues were found).
If anyone has suggestions or ideas, I’d really appreciate the help!

Ive had a similar issue where the PC randomly powers off in quiet mode and boots up in balanced, There might be some sort of update we installed that's causing this.

Right... So any updates on this issue?
I have 16ACH6H with same problems. System time desyncing, BSODs happening, freezes appearing...
CMOS is fine, windows is fine, drivers are updated
