Model: Legion 7 16ACHG6 Ryzen 7 5800H 3080 GPU
Describe the issue: Idle state, my laptop temps are between 85-102 degrees celsius. While gaming, I observed the frames are like a tiktok edit.
What have you tried already?: Soft EC reset. I faced the gaming issue last time I got my screen and heatsink replaced and that solved it but it isn't solved now
When did it start producing the issue: I recently received my laptop from repairs where the service center has stated that they replaced the mainboard, cleaned dust, and replaced thermal paste.
Did you install new drivers or software?: Nope
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: Pasted the CPU stats (at idle), GPU stats (while in the menu of God of War) and in-game stats while playing PES 2021

Who did you give your laptop to? Lenovo or third party?
Can you expand CPU core temperature tab when under load? I am curious weather they just left part of the die exposed
Return it back to service
I purchased this laptop from Euronics so they gave it to Authorised Service Center
Problem is that I have to leave the country next week and I will return back in mid January
Well, technicians fucked up, they either did not apply paste correctly or used dollar store toothpaste instead
This is a bad idea, better return it to service
I can return but this took 10 days of service time including the shipping since it was serviced in different country
Iam in that case cuz they replaced my heatsink, it used to throttle @ 50w, this is definitely a heatsink installation issue
I am also suspecting this is a thermal paste issue
Why you don't service it in your country?
Edit:
Did you buy it abroad?, you have IWR if your country has it
Either way, it's their problem to fix
Since the purchase was done through Euronics, they have told me to bring this to them. I'll check if Estonia has any service centers
Apologies if I am sounding like a kid, I am slightly stressed about the situation
Yeah this is why usually it is more preferred to buy directly from Lenovo
The best option is to return it to "Euronics"
The fastest option is to send it to a Lenovo service center under warranty
Yup I'll check one here locally
Fixed the issue myself. Disassembled the laptop and observed the heatsink screws were not screwed at all hence creating a gap between cpu and gpu.
