Model : Legion 5 15ARH05
Issue : My GPU is GTX 1650 ti and it has been underperforming. I used MSI afterburner and the gpu previously when working properly would be around 1600-1700 mhz consistently and now fps dips. When it occurs the gpu is in 800 mhz. It is super inconsistent and keeps going from 1700 to 1300 to 800 and the cycle repeats. This is the first issue that I am currently having. The second issue is my device boots up EXTREMELY SLOWLY. It takes 5 minutes and 20-30 seconds to boot up. Sometimes it takes about 6 minutes. The processor I have is AMD Ryzen 5 4600H. I only have a SSD. I dont have a HDD.
Tried things: I tried updating to the latest graphics drivers using geforce experience and I also tried updating to the latest BIOS version using Lenovo Vantage. I turned off hybrid mode too. Optimized nvidia setting using nvidia control panel.
When it started: The second problem of extremely slow bootup started about a year ago and the first problem of fps issue started from about 5 months ago.
I would be eternally grateful if someone can help me fix this issue.

What are the cpu and GPU temps?
CPU:75-82 °C
GPU:63-65 °C
I am using the Performance mode.
The game where this happens is valorant. I tried sekiro and elden ring and they are somewhat decent but i can still feel when the fps dips on those two as well
Run a timespy benchmark and post the results.
Well that looks fine. So it’s some game issue likely, not a problem with the legion
so my laptop is fine? This score is normal for it?
or is this score a bit on the lower end?
What about the second issue? The bootup time taking 6 minutes?
It says you’re right on the average score so it’s normal
Could be windows, could be bios. It’s taking a long time to load the legion logo or taking a long time after the legion logo to get to windows login screen
so should i try reinstalling windows?
is taking a long time after the legion logo to get to windows login screen
it just keeps loading
on the logo screen
i recently updated to the latest bios too
You could try if you want.
