Describe the issue: So a few months ago I had an issue where I couldn't seem to play any thing that required my gpu to be used because it would start lagging horribly, like it takes around 3 to 4 seconds for one frame to pass.
What have you tried already?: I downloaded the VGA versions of both AMD and NVIDIA drivers then regularly updated the Nvidia ones through the official downloads without downloading GeForce Experience and without ticking clean install as I was told. The problem still presisted but would usually go away after restarting a few times. It happens much more often now and is really annoying to restart my pc over and over.
When did it start producing the issue: July 2024 when I bought it.
Did you install new drivers or software?: The only ones I downloaded were the VGA versions I was told to and I updated the Nvdia ones manually.
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: I can't because its so laggy I dont even think OBS would work.

so i contacted them
and they said that i would need to upgrade to the premium warranty if i wanted to get a software issue fixed
