Model: Lenovo Legion Pro 5 16IRX8
Describe the Issue: My battery dies within 2 hours no matter what I do, and my fps is around 20 (just really slow and 20 as an estimate) on any app, and when chrome is just open, it is still very slow. Whenever the computer is charging, the fans go at maximum output. This laptop is around 6 months old and worked fine for 5-6 days before this. No physical damage or software damage has been done.
When did it start producing the issue: Around 3-4 days after using it started to show and gets slightly worse by the day. I might add that it hadn't been opened for a couple months before I used it, but there was no damage or dusting, etc.
Did you install new drivers or software?: Everything is up to date and no weird programs installed, barley anything on it. All the settings are perfect and I dont know what I haven't done to check the computer and its aspects. There could be stuff that I haven't checked that could be the cause of this, but task manager and data reports show barely anything is being used on the computer (IE: minimal apps open and everything is under 30%).
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: I cannot, it is merely just a horrible performance, and since I worked for a couple days and there is no physical damage, I highly doubt it needs physical components replaced unless told otherwise.

Are you gaming when you’re on battery power?
it doesnt matter, the battery dies the same
some days i have only chrome open and nothing else
and dies the same
It does matter. You should not be gaming on battery. I’m asking the question to try and clarify what you are doing.
If you’re not gaming, your Nvidia GPU is likely awake using power. Read the battery guide in #1020285176531669012
half the time i am, the other half i am
i will try to read the guide and see whether that works
Well stop gaming on battery
